I'm Bibhas Chandra Pratihar, from kharagpur, near kolkata(West bengal).I've lost my mobile([protected]) balance for activating mobile radio, according to ur customer care service. But,I don't send any option or number for activating my mobile radio.Then I call to ur customer care service and I get answered from Abhijit Mallick, ur customer care representative, that ur problem is solve within 96hours. But 96hours is over,ur customer care don't solve my problem and don't refund my mobile balance. I call to ur customer care in five times. Was this information helpful? |
