I'm Bibhas Chandra Pratihar,from Kharagpur,near kolkata(W.B). I have lost my balance through your customer care service. Becoz when I call to ur customer care, then I've get answered that ur mobile radio is activate.But, I don't send any option or number for activate my mobile radio option.But,yet customer care service cut my mobile balance at Rs.34 for activating the mobile radio. I"ve call customer care in five times.MR.Abhijit Mallick,customer care representative,told me your problem was solve within 96 hours.
