I am using my RIM Prepaid connection since last 7 years. Because of my change of residence I had to transfer my connection from one circle to other. I felt no problem earlier but on 18.11.2009 I visited your Giridih Office in Jharkhand to get my connection transfered from Chattisgarh circle to Jharkhand because of my change of residence. But the attendant (Sudip) did not listen to my request and refused to even receive the written request for transfer of connection. My RIM No. is [protected].

i had lost my cell on 2008.after that i had locked it by mailing you..Fortunately i had got back the cell again.i want to activate it's in coming and outgoing.It bears the no=[protected]. I had mailed you but, its not activated yet.kindly help me.
