Hii,,
i m komal using this RIM servise last six momthes.
bt for no reasins the cut my balance many time.
and also not providing proper services
when i call to customer car they also not give any details
now i m fed up with their behaviour.
i m taking it nw serious so please RIM mobile u take it tooo....

SIR i m a RIM user since last 4 years.I want a favour for me by your part by providing me the call details of the no [protected] for23rd and 24th of jan 2010.it is very urgent and i hope u will oblize me.waiting for ur kind response....

I am using my RIM Prepaid connection since last 7 years. Because of my change of residence I had to transfer my connection from one circle to other. I felt no problem earlier but on 18.11.2009 I visited your Giridih Office in Jharkhand to get my connection transfered from Chattisgarh circle to Jharkhand because of my change of residence. But the attendant (Sudip) did not listen to my request and refused to even receive the written request...
