RIM Prepaid — deducted my balance without any reasons many times

Hii,,
i m komal using this RIM servise last six momthes.
bt for no reasins the cut my balance many time.
and also not providing proper services
when i call to customer car they also not give any details
now i m fed up with their behaviour.
i m taking it nw serious so please RIM mobile u take it tooo.
