RIM Prepaid — after loss of handset delay of transfer of number and fails in re alloted number

respected sir,

i lost my handsat no is [protected] (UP) west [lifetime prepaid]on 18/07/2008
in this connection i lodged a FIR on that day and after that i go to the reliance web world modinagar and inform this incident and give a copy of FIR to change realloted my number, but he says its not possible here you should be go meerut web world, then i go to web world meerut GOEL INFOCOM mtro plaza baghpat stand meerut, then after many times they did not worked in my problem, in this procedure 15 teen days gone and after that they said you should bo go web world fabbar chowk web world meerut abu lane meerut. than i go to web world abu lane meerut i disclose my whole problem and i submitted my id amd photo also and after that thay said a little bit satishfactory answer to me, but my connection is not working this and that time,

so please help me to given realloted my number wheather its not possible you tell me never confidence on yours service i am very very hurt from yours this system,
i againt request to you can is it possible please help me in this matter i sufferd very heavy loss due to the phone in not with me.
