WARNING-cum-PUBLIC NOTIVE It is hereby made known to the public at large that my clients M/s.RIPPLES INFOLINK (P) LTD., Chennai is carrying on business in software and IT related products. Unable to bear their growth and progress, it appears that certain scrupulous elements have been regularly posting on the website and forums certain defamatory information/unproved reports, trying to damage the image and reputation of my clients, M/s.RIPPLES INFOLINK PVT. LTD., A wholesome warning-cum-public notive is hereby given to those concerned not to post such defamatory, unconfirmed, freak and/or unproved report or information or unconfirmed derogatory communication any more to the public at large. It is also made known that anybody posting their views/opinions on the open forum/website must clearly declare and make known their full identity on the forum/website together with proper proof, including documentary evidence on the opinions/views/allegations made against my clients, after taking recourse first with my clients. If anybody doing so without disclosing their full identity and proper proof will be prosecuted for appropriate criminal offences under the Indian Penal Code, besides claiming damages to any extent deemed fit for loss of reputation of my client, M/s’RIPPLES INFOLINK PVT. I had paid Rs 900 for the Project ATM in May 2007. Initially they said they would send me some pack and after repeated enquiries, I was told that the Project has been shelved.
I was told that I would be refunded my money. Today (13 Jan 2009), I went in person searching for the office and was told by the security that Ripples has vacated the premises. Both the telephone numbers given are not functioning. I was told by the Security that I could go the Ripples Owner's house to collect the money. Does anyone know the address - I would be grateful.
I am sorry about others who had lost huge sums on this company.

Muruganand, I have had exactly the same experience as you. I have documentary proof and receipt of the so called ATM Project. I had paid them in September, 2008 and they told me in November, 2008 that because of the economic slowdown, they could not get projects from their prospective clients and that the project is being shelved. May God Curse these disgusting people.

Hi frnds, i m daya doing my MCA in chennai one of my frnd placed in Ripples Infolink Ltd. thru on campus only, he also get cheated by the company . Now if any got details of the copmany or MDs plz mail me, he lives in poor family, help my frnd.

[protected] this was the last contact number for subbu.. after his dad and mother dead, he run away..me and my collegues are helping him personally when in the event of his father death..but he is not realized that and he having 2 female childs also..he didnt thk their life also..definitly I say almost 200 students are know subbu and his family members..one day they will definitly catch by us..am waiting for that moment only..so frdz keep in touch and lets clean these type cheating activities..and wil severly punish him

As you are aware, there has been global meltdown and every country is facing the impact. India is no exception to it and we are part of Indian IT industry. We were expecting the pilot project of Project Inglish to come up two months back and still the same has not come due to following reasons:
a) There has not been adequate freelancers we could source to convince the clients that we are capable of sourcing manpower for PROJECT Inglish within the time frame.
b) For reasons best known, there has been no confirmation on the project to come up in the near future.
In light of the above, our Management has decided to refund the payment made by you towards Mafoi PEP Test and you will receive the Demand Draft for the amount paid by you in full before 30.11.08 after completing the in-house formalities. We regret for the decision, which is inevitable and revert back to you once there is positive news from our clients on the project.
We thank you in anticipation of your co-operation.

you can do as you like. I will see you what ever the court you file the case. this company cheated me.i have valid proofs.
