[Resolved]  RNA Builders Mumbai — delay in construction

RNA Builders in Mumbai are crooks No.1. I had booked a flat with them in 2007 at their project RNA Royal Park in Kandivli West. At the time of booking they had promised possession in Feb08. I had also paid them 100% payment based on their assurances. We're in Mar'09 and there's still no clarity as to when the possession would be given. My efforts to reach out their officials and even their MD has been absolutely futile. They don't care for their customers. In case you've booked a flat with them, pl write to me. We have to join hands to fight these devils. If you've not booked a flat with them, you're lucky! Don't fall prey to them.
