Dear Concerned, My name is Kamna and I am from gurgaon. I contacted a passport agent through the Sulekha website and he collected my documents and 5700 Rs from me in the may end and promised to provide me a recipt of the submission of the passport application after 3-4 days. but since then he has not contacted me. he's not responding to my calls and is not even telling me my passport application number. His contact number is [protected] and his address is F-129-A, tiwari bhawan, bhikaji cama place, new delhi. I am having his messages in which he has promised to send me my passport application number. I had put order[protected] on 5th july and not yet received the product. Its already 14days delay now.. I feel very bad about your poor service. In ur site, Its showing 4-7 days.. But its already 15 days gone.. Saying to customers onething and doing different.
robin — not issue the passport
i have applied for passport in the month of DEC 2007 for chandigarh passport office, till date i havent received my passport.i am in urgent need of passport for my joinning in a multi national company.i am just frustated because of this delay.passport enquiry of chandigarh is also not responding or not updated.its very bad that a gov. office doesnt even have the responsibility to inform applicants over delay or over the date of delivery.file no . chdz12530107
