Your situation is actually in the last stage. I would suggest you record her voice if she threatens you, file an FIR at the nearest local police station, and provide the recording as an evidence to the police too.

They might be able to get you within a day and even ban that firm/company.

You can also go to local office of registrar of companies and ask them the details of the company you mentioned. And then take down the complete details and visit the registered office. Ask them to resolve your issue or you'll call the police. I beleive you must have the receipt of handover of your laptop.

illegal behavior of the company owners and management which results in dissatisfied replies to the customers who give their laptop for service.because they think that customers are a hindranceto their personal activities.they use dis respective words while replying the customer.

Hi shankar me too faced the similair issue.They bypassed my ic and short circutied my mother board.I dont know now my laptop is of no use.
