The laptop service was poor in rousant systems and customer response they gave was also poor.They are such a fradulant company which thrives on cutomers laptops as they steal original spare parts.
I checked my laptop with professional engineers in HP after being serviced by rousant systems.They said that the laptop`s orignal hard disk is replaced by chinese products,the IC has been bypassed and what the mother board damaged.Kindly check your laptops harddrive or mother board or other parts before handing over laptop for service to rousant systems.
I am sure that it would have been replaced by chinese products.

I had given my laptop for a repair to rousant systems. but when i asked about the issue in my laptop when it was returned back to me. The service manager spoke to me real rudely.The company has a very rude service manager who does not know how to talk to clients. I had such a bad experience with her and the lady was totally unapologetic about the way she talks to clients.
