[Resolved]  Royal Cruiser — Ticket booking problem

On 6th of April,2010 I was trying to book 4 online tickets of Royal Cruiser through HDFC credit card from Siliguri to Kolkata dated 16.05.2010. After making the payment there was some problem in network connectivity and my booking was not complete and I didn't get any ticket or ticket number, however an amount of Rs.3600/- has been charged against my card. I contacted HDFC bank, they said that the merchant has already claimed that amount.I contacted royal cruiser and they said there is a failed booking was made in my name for this particular transaction and they are going to send reversal request. Every time I call the royal cruiser customer services, they say that they are yet to send the reversal request and they are going to send on that day. These happen several times.I am not able to find any reason behind that

Dont Travel with Royal Cruiser rather Jai Dada Volvo is better. Royal cruiser ppl do malpractices during ticket booking. Their online seats are already booked by some unauthorised persons during peak time. I was trying to book tickets for Kolkata Puri for 24th Dec, 2010, but royal ppl intentionally blocked seats and showed that their tickets are full. Their services are also poor. The quality of the volvo buses are poorer than Jai Dada volvo service. Jai dada have far more modern and sofhisticated buses than royal cruiser. Dont travel with royal cruisher, rather travel with jai dada its safe and clear.
