bus ticket cancelled by, royal cruiser amount not refused

I mr. Rajesh majumder have booked a royal cruiser bus ticket for 11th august from kolkata to siliguri, booking id - gobusand51d6bee1e4, amount - 918/-.

On 8th august royals cruiser had cancelled the booking. But i have not received the refund amount yet despite several followup with your customer care.

So, request you to kindly look into the matter & process my refund immediately. I have attached my booking details....

did not pick up passenger from the boarding point

I had my ticket booked in ranchi to kolkata bus on 7/02/19 having my boarding point Ramgarh Bus Stop. The bus is scheduled to depart from ranchi at 8.00pm to kolkata at 6.00am in the next morning while picking passengers in between the stoppages. My boarding time was 9.15pm at Ramgarh bus stand. I got up the bus from durgapur for my travel to burdwan while the bus started from the stand. Near galsi the conductor asked me the fare and he took rs 200 from me. misbehave and call related issue

I m very dissapointed wid the service of the royal cruiser.. I must say they are so illeterate nd manner less.. They don't know how to talk..
When i asked the bus conductor.. Ki aap passenger ko call karte ho jo late ho jate hain.. Then he said yes... Nd there was no call in ma number.. Aur o itna rudely baat kar raha tha jaise baat karne ki tameez na ho.. Royal cruiser is a big brand.. Aise battamizi ki umeed to bilkul v ni karte...

tickets fraud

I travelled from vip nagar bypass to baguhati i asked for the proper area ticket as the conductor refuse to give and he went arrogant and misbehave with me for asking the proper ticket. He mentioned he cannot give proper are wise as it’s not in the system. I told him i regularly travel and i do receive the proper are wise ticket but he refused. Plz look forward...

I am regular traveler in v1 bus (Royal cruiser) that departs from tollygunge. I reach the stand by 9 on a regular basis and find that departure time changes everyday. Some days it departs on 9am, some days on 9.10am, some days on 9.15am, some days on 9.20am, some days on 9.30am. I travel daily on the following timings. rough driving by driver

Bus no wb39a 1471 this bus go through nh34.. The driver of the bus is totally #.. When he overtaking any vehicle he don't care about any other public who are in cycle or motorcycle.. pos machine should be removed

Luggage box issue

Boarding point issue

I was about to travel from Kolkata to Siliguri on 10/5/2017. My boarding point was Karunamoyee at 8 pm. I reached the bus stand at 7:40 pm to be on the safe side. Irregular bus service of V1 buses

Unethical business practice

Recently we bought tickets from Durgapur to Karunamoyee (Calcutta) on Royal Cruiser. The fares were expensive at around Rs. 280 per person one-way. We boarded the bus from City Center at Durgapur and when we were boarding, the staff separated the passengers based on the destination.
