My Name is Vishal Jhawar. I booked a bike at Erragadda showroom, Hyderabad, A.P with the Receipt# 12190. I have been to the showroom for couple of times and asked for the cancellation of the Bike before few months and they have taken all my details including My Bank A/C # and said that I will be getting the cheque in a week. However its more than months & as per the Booking Policy(4 months), My bike can arrive anytime. I spoke to multiple persons (Raju, Nitesh) at showroom, everytime I call they say that I will be receiving a cheque or I am outside the show room. As it was not working anymore, I wrote a mail to the customer service of Royal Enfield, yet its not cancelled and I did not got my refund.
I have one more Enfield because of the negligence (Company end), servicing problems and representative attitude towards the customer, force me to cancel the booking of my above Bike. The attitude conveys a message that its U (the Customer) who invested UR Money & i[censored] want UR Bike to be repaired then U have to listen to US or U don't have any other go. Or else We(Mr. Purshottam, Royal Enfield) are not responsible for UR Bike's warranty(on Spares). My Bike has been to showroom for 2 days during my 1st service, however the problem was still there for which I had to go to the showroom and for my surprise he removes some part to fix the problem. During my 2nd service (with the same problem & locks not working) after the exchange of mails with Customer service, my bike was at service for almost 3 days, yet its not fully repaired and Surprise you are now with one more new problem araised in the Bike. The Manager says that he will send the person to my place and will fix the issue, however they always calls ME on the number where I already informed that I will not be available. I have given them my office extension to reach me during my working hours.
I am not sure as to how can I get My booking cancelled for refund and Vehicle repaired up to satisfaction (of driving a 1st hand Bike). Now its really becoming a pain and frustrating to follow up. Cant go with any of the other repair center's outside as the Bike has consistent problem with the Parts (Very Fragile) and will not be replaced if the servicing is done outside. Now I started feeling that once after the free service's are done they are going to come up with numerous problems and change of spares(defective spares received from company).
