Dear Sir/Ma'am, I would like to inform you that i had purchased a Royal Enfeild-Thunderbird Bike no. DL-3S BZ-3034 from your reputed below mention delear in New Delhi on 01/01/2011 of Rs1,10,000/- approx. South Delhi Motorcycles in Kalkaji, Delhi/NCR Address B-38, Main Road Kalkaji Landmark: N/A New Delhi, Delhi Pincode: 110019 I had launched the below mention complaint on 20th Feburary;11 First reminder i had given on 27/02/11 as your delear told me to do so Second reminder i had given on 02/03/11 as your delear told me to do so Third reminder i had given on 09/03/11 as your delear told to do so Now again he had suggested me to call after 2days without a valid reason for the same I am facing some problems with my bike as follows 1. Silencer of my bike is to be changed (problem marked/showed in 1st attachment) 2. Backrest is to be changed (problem marked/showed in 2nd attachment) 3. Tee over shocker is to be changed (problem marked/showed in 3rd attachment) As i am feeling the heat after paying for a product facing mental and physical harasment . Now i dont want to continue with your given product and want to return the same in next 24hours against my money of Rs1,10,000 approx. So please suggest me the procedure of claiming the same otherwise i had no way other then Consumer Court. as i was not aware about the same they have used against me and proved that my intentions are wrong as i have already signed the job card.
in short if you face the problem with your bike, be very specific about making a note on both the side of job card saying you still face the problem after earlier repair, and if the problem will discontinue after 200 to 300km you will give satisfaction note seperatly.
collect all the zerox copy of Job card (both side) after you put the above note, ensure job card is properly filled and no space is blank, if it is than put a big cross so no amendment can be made afterwards by dealer.
