[Resolved] Royal Enfield Thunderbird — Faulty battery with brand new bike
WHEN ROYAL ENFIELD HAVE MANUFACTURED THEIR PRODUCT AND DESIGNED THEIR BATTERY (12V-14AH), THEY MUST ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THE BATTERY FOR THEIR PRODUCT IS READILY AVAILABLE. THEY MUST SUPPLY THE 12V-14AH BATTERY IF A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR IT. NOW A DAYS THERE IS A FASHION/TREND... THE BIKE IS MANUFACTURED TODAY AND DISCONTINUED FROM TOMORROW. WHERE WILL THIS LAND THE CONSUMER???? THIS IS THE SAME CASE WITH BATTERY MANUFACTURERS.. THIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATE SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO HELP THE CONSUMER WHO SUFFER FROM LACK OF SPARE PARTS AND BATTERIES. Was this information helpful?
