[Resolved] Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt Ltd — No FollowUp after registration. | |
I registered with Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt Ltd in October 2009 for renting out my Holidays. I got a call from their Sales Team (Person name: Neha) asking if me I am ready to rent out my Country Club Holidays for INR 50000. I was told that they would courier me the draft the day I make their payment/register for their services amounting INR 13,332. But, after registering/payment I did not get a single call from their side regarding the payment that I was supposed to recieve till date. The Worst thing is earlier I used to recieve 3-4 calls a day requesting me to get registered, but NOW they dont have the coutesy to make a single call. They are not responding to my calls/emails. I agree with Mr. Sarfaraaz 110% as I sail in the same boat except for the fact that I was called by Ms. Tanya on 4th December 2009, and I registered myself on the 5th December, also I was promised two Draft, viz. for Rs. 60000/- immediatedly and Rs. 90000/- at the later stage. when asked how they could afford it, she replied that the Goa festival is going on which would last upto February 2010 and there are expecting lots of tourist who would be vising Goa and who are willing to pay Rs. 18000/ onwards perday. and as we are owners, we would be sharing the sum accordingly.
Despite my regular communication by way of phone calls and mail they have given a blind eye/ deaf ear to my plea. I even asked them whether I was taken for a ride or cheated they assured me that I was not also they asked me to be rest assured that they would comply with their committments shortly.
Please look into the matter and guide us.

Even I got a call today from Deepa & Sandra saying that you have a credit of 3 weeks in country club membership which is not used which is correct. So, they will rent out my one week of country club holiday to a international clint for Rs. 50K. all I need to do is sign up for their lifetime membership for Rs. 13332/-.
Someone from Country club is also feeding them with information. Thanks to you all for posting that I was saved and did not give them any money after reading the above. I almost made up my mind to sign up.

as per sarfraz is saying, he is cent percent correct cause i have also been promised to get rental payment against my lifetime membership of country club which has not been paid till the date from goan holidays resort pvt.ltd.No one is there to attend my call, now it feels like i have been cheated.im plannig now for registering a case in consumer court.
I also got same call to register for holiday rent. but i haven't pay them because of your feedback.They are fraud.
I am also getting similar calls from Royal Goan Resorts from last one week. Thanks for your feedback, it will save lot of country clum members from fraud. I thinks Country Clum management must give a public notice in news papers and communicate each member about the truth.

I have been receiving calls from Royal Goan by Miss Deepa, Tanya and Amanda regarding renting my country club membership and they say that they would courier me a draft of Rs. 80, 000 but I have to intially deposit Rs. 13327 to become their member, later when I enquired a lot they say even if i deposit Rs. 8000 I could become their lifetime member. They have been calling be 4-5 times daily for the pat 4 days and thaks to you all guys and the net that I read this and I have been saved...

When I asked for more clarifications, another lady, Tanya D'Souza promptly called me to say that she is due to receive some western guests in this weekend who badly needed a weeks holiday in Manali.They even sent me an email, purporting to have attached the holiday booking forms requiring my signature.
Two bank account numbers one in HDFC bank, Calangut A/C No. [protected] and another in Bank of Baroda, Calangut A/C No. [protected] were given asking me to deposit Rs 13.332/- being the one time registration charges by tomorrow and fax the booking forms. They said that as soon as they receive the forms and the credit of the registration money in their account, they will send me the draft for Rs 70, 000/-.
From their sweet talk and the kind o[censored]rgency they showed for registration money, I got suspecious and checked in Google. To my surprise, I have noticed a number of complaints here about this company and the so called staff. Google has saved me of my Rs 13, 332/-. If I had not seen these complaints against Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt Ltd, I would have been another victim. I wonder if anyone can do something to punish such firms and save people like me from being cheated. Thanks a lot for sharing valuable information.

This matter should be brought to the notice of higher authorities so that stern punitive action can be taken against them. Persons like Ms. Tanya etc. should be brought under the scanner and the Resort owners should be punished for propagating false information by playing with the emotions of customers.

the money would be sent immediately as soon as i became a member
after receivint the money every time someone else comes on the line with some excuse
people like us who are cheated by these cheats should get together ant teach these people a lesson

I ahve already paid 35K and also signed a bond for 1.65 L.What should we do now...
but have anybody thought how they have got all of our informations? I am also receiving the same phone calls and email but how is it possible they are using valid email IDs and letter heads for this? Why aren't we taking some stiff action on this? Can't we lodge a complaint against this?
I totally agree with all the complaints against this Royal Goan holiday resort, because I too have been cheated by these people. Please count me in if any legal action has to be initiated against them.
