[Resolved]  Royal images, Chennai — Wrong product delivery

Dear Sir / Maam,
I purchased a Philips home theater online from Royal images, Chennai on 6 monthly EMI's as per their product catalog i received with my HDFC bank Credit card statement. Order details are below:

Product: PHILIPS HOME THEATER(DVD PLAYER DVP3356 + 5.1 SURROUND SPEAKER SYSTEM DSP2500)
6 Months Emi: 6 x 1100.00 = 6600.00

I collected product from first flight courier after continuous follow up on 10.09.2011 and found that the 5.1 system was DSP 35E instead of DSP2500. Looks simpler and no Philips logo on 5 speakers. I loged a complaint on last sunday my email to Royal images but not output. finally after trying their number several times i got connected, On explaining whole scenario, they inform that the the system was changes on purpose as DSP2500 was not available and told me that DSP35E is biger version of DSP2500. When i searched on Net, No philips model of such code is available. I tried contacting them again several time but no proper response. Mr. Bala in charge of their Chennai office is just telling me that we are wroking on your complaint my no response. not through mail or even a phone call.

Please help me out to solve this problem by cancelling my order, return back my EMI paid to Royal images and close it... I am also trying to get in touch with HDFC bank customer care for this issue.
