[Resolved]  Rt OUTSOURCING SERVICES LIMITED — reliance data card issue

I purchase a reliance data card . from reliance retailer.
I paid 3300 for that card .
Than i take 650 tariff plan for that .
as per company that plan will provide 124 kbps data transfer &1gb downloding .
but i got very low bandwidth like .33 kbps and line disconnection issue .
I informed to Reliance customer care every time.
but they are not supprose to provide any solution regarding this issue .I had discus with my friends also add tey are having the same issue with the same data card .
After that i stoped last 22 month paymenty beause of this issue .
now they send a legal notice to my postal addtess.
Now i requied some assistance .
