[Resolved]  Rt OUTSOURCING SERVICES LIMITED — Not providing the service purchased

I have a lenovo notebook. M/S RT Outsourcing Services Limited had approached me to purchase one extended warranty for the same by making a online payment to their bank account. I have done it on 4th June 2009. After that I did not got any response from their side. After 2 months when I checked with lenovo, they told that my Warranty is not extended yet. Since then I went on calling them many a times. They always told, you will be receiving the warranty certificate in next 15 minutes. But I never received it yet. Today on 12th August 2009 I am submitting this complaint to warn my fellow countrymen, to beware from any kind of deals with RT Outsourcing Services Limited.

RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LTD. — FROM LAST 3 MONTHS I ' M NOT GETTING MY LAPTOP

On 17th day of October 2008...I had given my laptop (Compaq Presario V6211AU/RZ897PA and Serial No.CNF7133VX3)for repairing at Your RT Outsourcing Services Ltd.
Address: Vikas Building 1st floor.1, Dr.U.N.Bramchari Street.Loudon Street, Kolkata-700016.The service Tokan No 23639.Under the Company Name BAJRANG COAL AGENCY...Contact person Ajay Bhalotia...

I was calling them since last 30 days for my laptop as it was very urgently required for my Business purpose.Every time I call they reply that the part is not available and they don't know when they can return my laptop...

I had spoken to Mister Mukul Ghosh Sineor Manager there about the matter ...he said the part is not available it will be return when the part will be replased...

I got my laptop on 6th day of December 2008...nearly after 50 days
and after 10 days of working on 20th day of December 2008 its is in the same condition as it was on 17th October 2008...

On 22th day of December I have again send it for repairing on the same service Center Token No.27607...

This time Mister Mukul Ghosh says the same thing that the part is not available and it may take 2 to 3 months if they got the part or it may take more then the said time...he also suggested me to buy a new laptop...as it may take a long time to repair...

I had bought this Laptop on 8th day of June 2007...about 1 1/2 month back...and now he want me to buy a new one...so this is how you cheat the customers by selling them dumped products...and beside repairing it in time you suggest them to buy a new product...I have paid Rs.7500.00 as warranty...even my days of warranty period are getting shotter day by day as you people are not repairing it on time...

Day by day my Business is getting hamper ...i have writen 3 to 4 letters to them but they r not replying back...

LENOVO (RT outsourcing) — warrenty extend

:hello sir my name is deepak kanojia i am a user of lenovo laptop from the last three years.one day i got the call to upgrade my system warrenty. some miss ekta give me the call. i bacome agree on that call. and i gave the cheque. and money is duducted form my account. she told me that i will get the paper within 3 days of my clearence of check. but now one month has been over still i could not get the paper. then i reached the office of rt out sourcing at d1/3 okhla and there i wait for 3 hours but no even a single person give me the responce. even they misbehave with me. some mr uttam came to me i gave him my check number and other detail of mine. but he never respoces me. even when i request the security to talk to mr vinit verma who is acting hod over there he not talked to me.and the responce was very bad. he is the men who told me that i will send u the gurantee card but no responce till now. i am sending the mail to you as well as to the customer care of lenovo service. so that they knew the the working of rt out sourcing. in future i will have no any connection with rt out sourcing and even not suggest any single person to buy the lenovo laptop. my frend usually ask to me. but one thing is there the service of the rt is very poor. and the tie up companies of lenovo are not efficent in work. take fruitful action otherwise i am going to consumer forum to loging my complaint. thanks in advance.

Ajay, thanks for posting this. You are not the first person whose HP/Compaq notebook became dysfunctional in less than two years. I have a couple friends and they had to discard their HP/Compaq laptop within two years after running pillar to post. I recommended they buy Toshiba laptops and they are very happy with them. I have a Toshiba myself which has lasted me seven years but I do take very good care of my laptop.

HP/Compaq is absolute crap when it comes to laptops.

Since then I went on calling them many a times. They always told, you will be receiving the warranty certificate in next 15 minutes. But I never received it yet. Today on 24th August 2009 I am submitting this complaint to warn my fellow countrymen, to beware from any kind of deals with RT Outsourcing Services Limited. i will warn you i will submitte FIR within 15days i will not recieved my certificate

Today a similar phone call from delhi ( Phone No[protected] Name- Anjali) dialed for a similar deal with my laptop (HP) and proposed to deposit a cheque at ICICI Bank ( Account No[protected]. After receiving the same I tried to locate them at net and got your comments - Thanks a lot my dear friend.

Since then I went on calling them many a times(Speak to Swati). They always told, you will be receiving the warranty certificate in next 30 minutes. But I never received it yet. Today on 3th Septemper 2009 I am submitting this complaint to warn my fellow countrymen, to beware from any kind of deals with RT Outsourcing Services Limited.

I have a HP Compaq Presario notebook. RT Outsourcing Services Limited had approached me to purchase extended warranty for 2 years the same by making payment to their bank account. As one of his employe came to my house and collect a Cheque of Rs 5700/- on 17th july 2009 In Punjab & National Bank. After that I did not got any response from their side. After 1 month i got a call from HP service center to extend my warranty period, when I checked with IT Resource, they showed that my Warranty is not extended yet. Since then I went on calling them many a times. Today on 3th october 2009 I am submitting this complaint to warn my fellow countrymen, to beware from any kind of deals with RT Outsourcing Services Limited.

sir, if you have no spares in your office you told me i purchase a new tft from mkt.and supply you so you can repair my tft.

So this is it. Even I have registered a complain against RT. I really dont understand why HP chose them as their service provider. And talking of this extended warranty, I must tell you folks I visited their office at loudon street, kolkata to take delivery of my laptop after they gave an abnormaal qoutation and heard them persuading people to take warranty. They were even offering a discount if you are taking the warranty before the 8th of november. Imagine!
I m Sony Ericsson customer. My phone model no is W910I. I
m Parches a mobile phone from Swastik mobile shop at kalyan-W dated on
15.03.2009.After one day later my phone started getting a restarted and
picture Quality also started getting poor and most of the time my
mobile network showing a Emergency call only.
Then I went to yours Sony Ericsson Service Center (ACCEL
FRONT LINE LIMITTED) at SAKINAKA, ANDHERI- E DATED ON16.04.2009.
My work order no is MUA-SE-171872/0809. They said me that they will
tell me the states of my mobile on 20.04.2009. I did not receive any
call on 20.04.2009. Than when I gave them call on 21.04.2009 they said
me the board is going for replacement and they will tell me the status
on 27.04.2009. And on 27.04.2009 Personally went there and they said me
that they r going to give me the status after 4/5 days only. And after
4/5 days I did not receive any reply from they said I was went for they
reply and after 1 month when I personally went at the service center
they said me your mobile is ready I take my mobile and went and same
problem started give me after one days. Keep at your service center
mobile for 1 month and then as I have to receive the same problem I was
very upset. That buying a twelve thousand mobile and getting the
problem after keep the mobile for 1 month at your service center.

Then I went to your Sony Ericsson Service Center (RT
OUTSOURCING) at VIKROLI dated on 16.09.2009. My work order no is
SE309RT111432 I told all my problem to them which are : Phone hang
permanently in menu/Application, Phone turns off and restarts by
itself, key doesn't work, can't view picture and I had told them board
is already replaced at your Sakinaka Andheri East service center and
they had saw the mobile and they had given the Problem Description from
they said as : Hanging, restart, keys not working, camera picture is
not clear and they had told me they will tell me the status of mobile
on 26.09.2009. I had receive the call on 26.09.2009 that your mobile is
ready that same day evening I went at your service center they told me
this thing are SLIDE FLEX, SPK FLEX AND CAMERA FLEX REPLECED and I
took my mobile from the service center and the same day night the
problem started again. After 2 days again I went to your Sony Ericsson
Service Center (RT OUTSOURCING) at VIKROLI dated on 29.09.2009. My work
order no is SE309RT111580 and than I shod my mobile to them and told
the problem is coming again which are: Display flickers, phone turns
off and restart by itself. They had saw the mobile and they had given
the Problem Description from they said as: Display flickers, auto
restart and I had told them I need the replacement of the mobile
because all my part has been replaces with in 7 months and the mobile
is the warranty and all my part are been replace who nose that with in
1 years again all my part will be replaces or not. They had told me
they will speak to they boss and they will call and tell me with in 2/3
days. After 2/3 days I had not received any call from they side. Then I
had given them a call and ask what happen of my mobile but they sad
that they had spoke to they boss but he sad it cannot give me
replacement of the mobile I sad that I want to speak to your boss but
always they use to till me that the boss is busy or he is not they in
the office and even the staf[censored]se to not answer my question.
Then I Personally went at your service center on 28.10.2009 and
they told me your mobile is ready they had REPLECED LCD AND S/W DONE.
When I went there that time they told me that your LCD is replaced.
When I was calling to them they did not told me that your LCD is
replaced. With in 7 months my mobile all the part are replaced then all
so you all are not replacing my mobile that mean with in 1 year or
after I 1 year I have to always replace all my mobile parts by paying
you money. Than what is the use of buying your Sony Ericsson mobile
which of twelve thousand. I request you to please personally look after
this cases and give me the replacement of the mobile. Other ways I will
have to go to the consumer court. Please do the needful as soon as
possible.

finaly they told me your mobile is liquid damage. and my mobile is out of warranty.

Even i extended my Lenovo laptop warranty from RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. I got a call from some Miss Saloni who persuaded me to pay Rs 3300 for a 2 yr physical damage warranty in their ICICI bank account (a/c number :[protected]. I did pay on the 23rd of January, 2010 and a month later a single page of warranty was send by them to my mail account with a warranty starting date of 15th February, 2010. When i tried to use the warranty to repair a physical damage, the lenovo team informed me that my warranty dose not exist at all. They have given me some "carrying warranty" which does not include any services you can think of. Ever since RT has not received my calls on any of their numbers.

Please do not trust this fraud service provider.
