My four wheeler NOC has not been yet issued though I submitted all documents in the month of feb, 2013. I've been waiting for this for the past few weeks. Whenever I called, they are telling me the documents files missing inside the office itself while shifting the office. My vehicle no:KA 05 MC 4740. Please do the needfull

I have sent my examination application by Speed Post on 23.01.2008 to be delivered to BITS Pilani, Rajastan, India from BSK II Stage Post Office, Bangalore. This is shown as "Bagged" in the track option provided by India Post. I cross checked with the addressee and they also have confirmed its non-receipt. It is both a surprise and a worry that an article sent through SPEED Post is not delivered to an inland address even now, at 10 PM of 29.01.2007.

In contrast, if I book a railway ticket on line in the evening, it will be delivered to my home address in any corner of India by next evening.

The last date for the receipt of application by the addressee is 31.01.2008 and I am worried, this snail mail will deprive me of an opportunity to compete for the prestigious engineering seat.

Made several calls and complaints to chennai and bhopal centre and every time told that complaint has been registered but no result.

on 22.8.2209 I posted an parcel containing some urgent goods
to my son residing at pune under receipt noSPEP[protected]IN
FROM RMs Ludhiana. It was assured and also the speed post
undertake to deliver the packet within 48 hours maximum.

Till today i.e. 28.8.2009 the parcel is not received. I had a telephonic
talk with theSupdt at Pone who told me to reply but what to talk of reply from his side
the telephone was never picked up again. If this is the service of speed post, what shall
be the status of ordinary dak. I regret having sent the packet thoough speed post.

I request to send me the status of my parcel..None of the Speed Post sites is available
to lodge the complaint. The only reply is this page cannot be displayed. Is this Indian Postal
department who is boasting of competing with the private courriers. Had I sent the parcel through
private courrier it would have been deliverd maximum wthe third day and that too at a lesser cost.

I am very much annoyed with the service of Speed post.

An it firm had booked one graphics card from chennai, through speed post,
on[protected].
it did not come to me, instead it went back to the it firm in chennai after 27th June.

i rang this number [protected], twice but some lady after hearing my docket number told me to wait for 1 minute and started to chat about family chores with another colleague (both the time), and did not answer, i waited for 2 minutes wasting my mobile cash, and hung on. I had called on 25th and then on 27th. I did not get to know my status.

Very poor service.

When contacted the it firm they told me that speed post did not find my address, just to give a information that i had booked a card reader from e bay with the same address, and it had reached me on time through a professional courier.
i have the relevent papers from ebay courier to verify this ?

So, now tell me whoever it may concern (what to do, or else i am not going to recommend speed post to any of my friends , or any vendors for any deliverables. (Boond Boond Se khai bharta Hai) ?

I contacted MR. R K JOSHI, (Mumbai Zone), AND maybe he is too busy to answer my mail or he may not be the concerned authority (As usually the officials say).

Can anybody tell me that why the SPEED POST "NAWAB ZAADES" dont ring their Customers and tell them that a parcel had come so plz. come and pick it.

I have posted Rakhi of ocassion of Rakha Bandhan on 11 Aug10. Now its 23 Aug 10 the parcel had not reached. I tried to find out and called the manager at Guwahati whose phone no was given in your website but no any responce. Even the way they have taken my std call from mumbai shows no any interest towards postal service and the urgency of any mail or letter. I request to please guide the poeple sitting do at least some job worth the payment and priviledges they are getting and let my parcel reach my address before the end of celebration. I have sent Rakhi through speed post on[protected] to Patna to Pune SPEED POST NO EF[protected]IN. The concerned officials claimed that the documents (Consignment) will deliver on second day of booking, however today is rakhi festival (24/08/2010) and till afternoon my brother didn’t receive the the pockets which I posted on 19/08/2010.


Had it been informed before that there is no guarantee to deliver the rakhi before the day of 24th august, i would have made some other arrangements?

You may understand the sorrow of a sister who had to cut a sorry figure for her rakhi could not reach her brother well in time.

i had posted my aieee form through speedpost on 28.12.10 and since then i have been tracking it's delivery status through internet ( at indiapost.gov.in through article no EJ[protected]IN ) and till today it shows that it is in dhanbad.The post-office manager says sometimes it is not updated and so would reach the aieee office but today 5.1.2011 , i.e 7 days after my post the aieee site shows that my form has not reached...what to do now?

This is in respect to a non delivery of a parcel.

A parcel from reliance life insurance was sent to my in the month of May’13. The tracking number I obtained was EQ[protected]IN. This parcel was not delivered and returned to sender. However your tracking website show Items delivered to Mr Ishrat Javed on 22/5/2013 : I mean how is that possible. The reliance company again send the same parcel on 31/5/2013. The tracking number given EQ[protected]IN. This parcel again as per your website is showing as delivered to Mr Ishrat Javed. I visited your New Friends Colony office but there was no help given to me. I visited from department to department. At last I was given the phone number of my area postman Mr Shiv Charan [protected]. When I call him he said he was unable to locate my details, so he dropped the parcel in some school. I mean if you’ve dropped the parcel to some school at least mention the same in the tracking details. Now the reliance guys are not believing that the item is not received by me.

I would request you to please look into this, as I’m receiving no help from your post office department.

sir. i totally agree with you regarding the attitude at rto office in ahmedabad. Here the power used by the appointed office personal of respected rto officer is 10 times more than the officer himself might have, when they come with the forms signed by them. I was so surprised to hear the words they use for general public leaving bad imprssion. the general public very well knows to stay in whatever line they are asked to be in for their work, but when such kind of office boys come from top floor they just think they are the boss of the rto office and can say and behave the way they want. Even his employer the rto officer must not be behaving this way. salute to such officer who gives their employees the power to run the office and throw general public where ever they want.This is Ahmedabad rto. what would you expect from them. you are lucky you have been shifted to other state. i am sure your car muct have got registered by now.

My vehicle no. JH-05T-6520 with NOC submitted to Ahmedabad RTO office shubash bridge, and tax in gujrat deposited also after 8 month my new number from ahmedabad not alloted.

THis is very serious complained that in case what i will do.

I got my DL processed in 2008 from Mayur Vihar Authorities, and they processed my request but captured my father in short instead of my complete name. That time, when I inquired, they told me not to be worried about it as, due to space constraints, they mentioned in short over DL, but in their system, everything was captured as per my form submitted. But now, when I request my DL Extract to be submitted to the Embassy for my international experience of India, I find they captured my gender as “male” instead of “female, ” and after their assurances, my father's name shows up as “G. G. Chandani” instead of Gautam Gyanchandani.

I submitted all the copies of my form, which I submitted until today to the authorities, "My Learning Liencen Form Copy and Other Forms and Application Form, " but received no response.

I had already paid for the DL extract service online on March 4, 2024, but authorities representatives were not at all listening and not correcting my details. In the past week, my father has been visiting authorities, and some time they sent him to Sarai Kale Kha, stating that it was the back office, and those people sent him to Mayur Vihar, stating they did not have any data as the case belongs to the Mayur Vihar authorities.

My simple question from you is: Can't the authorities check the photo of the person on DL? Was it their mistake? And why are we suffering? When they ask for a DL photo, they can't check the form that was submitted for DL processing. On the DL, there is no gender mentioned. How can someone imagine that they have captured gender wrong?

I have no words to express my dissatisfaction. Even when they see the same person coming on the same day, they send someone outside. Please give 2000 rupees, and your work will be done. Is this the way your authorities are working? There is no sense of responsibility after paying the online fee for DL extract. Why is there no transparency in our system? Is there any issue if people accept their mistake? I can understand that it may be a typographical error, but they have to accept and correct it. It is as simple as harassing mentally that someone is not acceptable for the other clerical errors.

Even when I wrote mail to "[protected]@gov.in" they mentioned that authorities have to edit; we cannot assist in this.

My extract application number is[protected], and the issue was reported online as #694116.

I got my license without any agents. Get your Adhaar card updated with new address ( with Bank passbook/Sale deed maybe). Use Adhaar as proof of adress. FYI, It'sot of procedure without an agent.

I have applied for learning license. I already have DL. When I went through driving school the process was quick. Now for 2 wheeler I applied it online by myself and went to kasturi nagar RTO banaglore, I have submitted all the docs. It's been more than 7 days still the status shows "SCRUTINY- (Document Verification) at SDA counter". The option of online application is provided so it will be helpful for people. When I went there for license, I was suggested to go through school since they pay bribe to them it will be approved soon. The rules are made strict, fines are increased everything is fine. But everywhere we only have to pay. What's benefit we get.. if the bribe is accepted at least remove online application then we don't have to do it twice. Keep it the way it was. Because any way we will have to struggle. Why struggle twice. Will there be no inspection on these things on RTO. Those people act so rude if it's online application. Seriously.

i have applied online for RC change and submitted original documents in person at RTO Jnanabharati and waiting since 1month but not yet received RC. this what is the level of our government departments, no body to check or question them. There is no customer support number for RTO service and it looks like there no sense of responsibility at RTO. It is mere waste of public money to such organizations.
