[Resolved] Rural Postal Life Insurance / Indian Post — Non Receipt of RPLI passbook surrendered for transfer

Sir,
My wife and I had an RPLI each in our names. In the month of November 2009 I have shifted my job from Vidyanagar in Nellore District of A.P.( P.O. Vidyanagr-524413, Nellore District ,A.P) . We had surrendered for transfer our RPLI passbooks to be transferred to P.O Kanjany , PIN-680612, in Thrissur District in Kerala. So far the transfer has not taken place. When we contacted the Vidyanagar post office we were given the phone number of Vijayawada regional center. Accordingly when we contacted vijayawada over phone we were informed that it had already been dispatched to cochin. So far there is no information from cochin. Kindly help us to get the passbooks.

sir,

I am B.B. Nayak has posted a complaint here, but no one responded my claim and shamelessly has to approach for the clearance of my money before the Dy general manger RPLI for the payment of my RPLI policy no R-OR-BN-AEA-131084. Again, I am to supposed to say that let my money be cleared as I have not received my policy documents completed in all aspects till date by the concerned authority, so to avoid any further litigation I again request the postal authorities to solve my problem and I am also getting an assurance in my life I will never go to the post office for any activity
