[Resolved]  Sahara City Homes — Sahara is a FRAUD organisation

I also deposited Rs10000/-- in 2003 for allotment of flats but the didn't gave the commitment me there was clear declaration that this 10000 is an initial amount and if you interested to take flat you have to pay rest of the amount as per the year of allocation otherwise money will be refund and i refunded my money without any problem so you should follow the procedure . and its like a joke that some body give you flat in rs 10000 in delhi NCR so be practical .

This is true that sahara city homes is comited froud to his customer.

Yes. This is a great concern and Sahara City Homes, Ahmedabad is also a fraud company. I have invested lakhs of rupees in Feb'08 for a flat till date no construction work started nor the company is giving rupees returns. Instead it is more playing a game of cheating. It is now verbally offering that you shift the block but not giving offer in writing.

Please take care of this cheating. It is spread all over India and will harm everybody.

Agree...this happened with me also...i dont know where is my money and how can recover..

I had deposited Rs. 10, 000 in lump sum under Sahara Rajat Yojna as advance for purchase of immovable property (Housing unit/ Commercial unit) vide receipt no.[protected] dated 16 Oct 2003 at BO Kamla Nagar DELHI.

But it is regretted that since receiving money nothing was communicated.

I also deposited Rs10000/-- in 2003 for allotment of flats in delhi NCR. They asked to fill 3 cities for you choice. And also said in case you want your money back it will be return with interrest. Till now there is no sign on development and money back as well. i tried to reach them but no proper response.
