I booked a flat in Sahara City Nagpur in 2009, today we are in 2014, no signs of even starting the construction. They have already taken 10 lac from me. No answers on when this will be ready. Prashant [protected]

I booked a 2BHK flat in Sahara City Nagpur in 2005, today we are in July 2016, building construction done but plumbing, electric & tiling work is pending. No action at site since last 3 years. They have already taken 17 lac from me. i was suppose to get possession in Jan-2012. Will it be of any help if we go to consumer court?

I have also booked 2 bhk flat at Sahara City Homes, Lucknow under Control No. [protected], Unit No. B-30/202, Type 2. I took loan from LIC Housing in the year 2007 and till date paying monthly installments but possession of the flat is not yet given. Now Sahara is selling all his properties to pay his debts to SEBI and Lucknow property is also one of them. Can any one advise, what will happen now. Will I get the possession or not?
