i purchace micromex q 50 dated apr17,2012.this phone dose not working properly like restart autometic,not setting display's brightness,when i chargeing mobile display "batrey over temprecture" then i contect saholic they say cheaking handset in micromex service center.i went nearest servicecenter m/s khemani enterprise they chack mobile detail mobile service in micromex service center siya ele.in march 2012.i perchace mobile in apr &mobile repair in march so saholic give me a second mobile in new mobile rate.my invoice no6966 order id 109414,my email id [protected]@gmail.com. kindly help me
