saholic — Never delivered

Hi,

I ordered a Lenovo laptop Z580 (Order# 169198) on 27th of June 2012. The website claimed "Next Day delivery for most locations" . Perhaps Bangalore City is not in their "most locations" list. So I had to wait longer. Here are the sequence of events:
- On the day of ordering (27th of June), my order status showed estimated delivery on 2nd of July.
- On 30th of June, their "Customer Care" representative called me and said, that the order will be delivered on 3rd of July with the reason "Inventory problem".
- On 2nd of July, the delivery date in my order status got postponed again to 4th of July without any notification.
- On 3rd of July the delivery date got postponed again to 7th of July.

I wonder what is wrong with this company. When international orders arrive within 10 days, why these guys infinitely postpone their local delivery. I think they have no vision or they have no respect for customers. Delay is understandable, but delaying infinitely is not acceptable at all.

Finally I have canceled my order today. Perhaps I will buy the product from genuine online store rather than buying from trashy website.
