saholic — Spice mobile- Defected received

Dear Sir/Madam,
The applicant provided the below given details:
1. That we have purchase a mobile phone (Spice popkorn M-9000 from saholic website, the order was on cash delivery.
2. that the applicant received a courier vide blue dart courier no [protected] as on 04.11.2012. and paid amount of rs. 3499.
3. That the applicant open that courier and find our that the phone has not been in working condition, even not able to on.
4. that the applicant has go to spice service center for solution but the people at service center said that the phone is in dead condition.
5. that the applicant has made a request to Saholic and send mobile back to company as on 06.11.2012 vide on dot courier. and the saholic confirm the receipt of the phone and take time to replace 15-25 days.

now the applicant has discuss a lot of time with company, but not received any response or any proper answer.


Please look into the matter and send legal notice to the saholic.
