Material not delivered as Committed by Saholic
I have placed an order for Nokia Asha 202 Black mobile on 2nd November 2012, As per the order acknowledgment from Saholic Estimated delivery date was on 6th November 2012. Till know i haven't received my product. Saholic spoiled my all plans , as i was suppose to gift it for diwali.
In turn i have mailed them to update the status, there is no reply from Saholic customer support. I dont know why these people want to run the buisness if there is no customer satisfaction.
And the courier contact no what they have provided in there website is of no use,as nobody responds to the call. i tried hundred times.
what i request you is, cancel the order and refund the amount with penalty of Rs. 10000/- (i.e total of Rs. 13799/- to be refunded).
Help me out regarding this matter.
