[Resolved]  Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Ghaziabad — Against Bribe for Fee Refund

Sir,
I am student of MGM CoET, Noida class- B.Tech. (Session 2010-11) with CS branch. In our college scholarship/fee refund of OBC category issued by Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Ghaziabad. I applied for scholarship and fee refund in Aug 2010. But I don't receive the money for fee. when I check it in our college they tell me that the money of fee refund is received by our college. But the list of student is not received by our college. So I went to Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Ghaziabad to know about the list of student for which the scholarship/fee refund is issued. I meet with Mr. Anil that are doing work in Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Ghaziabad (OBC Scholarship Dept.). This person (Mr. Anil) said to me "Give me Rs. 7000 per person to issue the scholarship list." when I am say the reason of this bribe than Mr. anil said it is compulsory other wise this department don't issue the list and after some time issued money that are already in college are back to Samaj Kalyan Vibhag. Please help us.
