Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Ghaziabad — Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Ghaziabad- Didn't get scholarship[protected]

Myself, Harvinder Singh, student of D.J. College of engineering and technology B.tech and[protected] batch. I have applied for scholarship in 2009-10. But college didn't transfer the amount into my account. Since 2014, I am trying to know whether my scholarship amount had been credited to college's account or not through RTI. I have applied RTI application into college but didn't get written response. Else I have applied to Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Ghaziabad through RTI application but no response from their side.

Please help on same. I am highly appreciate for you.
