Dear Sir, I Mr vinod jain want to complain to you regarding about the bill.The products is of zee tv telemarkiting.as i have purchase 1 products for zee telemarkiting the name of the products is Saptrishi Herbals Sandhi Sudha. As this products was purchase by me on 21/02/2011.Its is regarding about the bill which they have not issue me the bill. as on i have complain so many time on this number [protected].but there is no proper response. so i want a help from your side. i hope you will cooperate me and do the need full to me. regards vinod jain Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir,
I booked my order for supplying Sandhi Sudhaa Oil more than 20-25 days
before, but on 24th March I received a call from some lady named
Deepak from telephone No.[protected] regarding supply of Sandhi Sudhaa
Oil. I agreed to it and the oil was supplied on 25th March 2011 saying that the respective bill will be delivered tomorrow When the supply man came to my home, I asked for the bill as usual. He got me talked me with some Manish on the above given number, he also assured that the respective bill will be delivered tomorrow, that to after receiving the payment. He also told me that your order number is[protected]. I called upon him that you may issue a Credit Bill instead of Cash Memo. In this regard, I had made many calls but I could not received the respective so far. Even the said to be named Deepak said, Sir, it not official name, we are use to some code names. Mr. Manish has, sofar, been available on line. Not only this the said representative 'Deepak" responded, Sir, we have issued the bill and handed over to the delivery man. If he has no delivered it to you, than what can we do. Now, what-so-ever you want to do, you can proceed. Is it the proper reply to a valued customer, on the shoulder your company is getting rise. You would surprise to know that till date, I have receive no bill against the supply of Sandhi Sudhaa Oil. Mr. Manish told me that he is the authorized dealer/supplier of the oil and maintaining his office at Sector-61, Sopriksh Mall, Noida. Would I think that your television add. is not reliable. If not so, as why the Supplier has not supplied the required bill. Any how, I need the bill, please take necessary steps to get me delivered the bill immediately.

I ordered sandhi sudha online and did the payment online as well on june 2 and today is june 13 and I have not yet received the delivery. I talked to them but they said to wait me and now they don't even pick the phone. Can someone help me a bit here?

I go through the lot many complaints against all brands od SANDHI SUDHA . first of all we dont know which company is the genuine company.In the advertisement of SAPTRISHI SANDHI SUDHA lots of celebrities are coming like ALOK NATH AND JACKIE SHROFF. they should not spoil their image until unless they are not sure about the company bcoz in th advertisement they are claiming we will refund the money if not reliefing the pain but lot many customers are not satisfied and when they ask for returning money with in time of (15 days) but company people nt entertaing them...
This is my request to CONSUMER FORUM plz take some stritct action against these comapnies and celebrities Don't play with OLD PEOPLES immotion...
