SandsShoppingHub.com — Wrong supply of products

on 9th November 2012, I got a call from an executive from Sandsshopping hub telling that he has an excellent offer and if I purchase the combo products worth Rs 6999.00 I wil be eligible for a complimentary gift of either a LCD TV, Laptop or a 14 carrot gold designer jewellery from the famous designer Suhasini. Since I was not interested in jewellery, I clearly told that I wil buy your products only if I get LCD TV or laptop as complementory. And I had been told that the gift may vary anything and they cant guarantee what gift will be given but, in case i dont like the product or the gift I can return the same to you and the entire money will be refunded to my account within 48 hours.

On the basis of this assurance, I bought the products by transferring Rs 6999.00 to the account of SANDS INFOSYSTEMS PVT LTD. Transaction done by ICICI Bank transaction ID 527458. After a couple of days I got a call again from that company executive informing that I have been entitled for designer jewellery as complementory gift. I clearly told him that I am not interested in jewellery so provide me the electronic item. And in case if it is not possible, Please cancel my order and refund my money for which the executive told that the order once place can never be cancelled and i have to buy these products. I reminded him what has been told to me in the first call that I can return the products any time and my money will be refunded within 48 hours. But he told that they have never informed like this and the conversation we had last time had been recorded. So I asked him to play the recorded conversation and upon hearing this the executive banged the phone right on my face while I was still talking.

I never heard from that company after that. Never got any call. I tried calling their customer care number mentioned on their website but nobody was receiving the call. I put a mail to them regarding this but never received any reply.

Yesterday, i.e. 275t December 2012, I received a courier from your side containing the wrong items. Please find the details of them below:

Their combo offer contained COBY MP4 Player worth Rs 3500.00, but I received Philips MP3 Player worth Rs 1999.00
Their combo offer contained one Gas saver worth Rs 3990.00 which I have not received at all.
Their offer contained one international/ domestic holiday voucher woth Rs. 7999.00 which I have not received at all.
Their offer contained complementory gift worth Rs 25,000.00 or more than that but I have received some set worth just Rs. 3490.00

In addition to it, there was no information given about shipping i.e. courier number or date. Nothing has been communicated to me. I have even checked on other website, there are many complaints about frauds by Sands Shopping Hub.

Still I am sending many emails to them to resolve the issue, but they are sending mails stating 'we are pleased to hear from you, we will get back to you within so n so date'. Till now I have not received any info from them except the dates. Kindly look into it
