I m satnam singh from chandigah,basically m from moga (punjab).i hv recievd the call from sandshoppinghub on 2nd sep 2012 the executive name is gaurav sharma.He told me i hv won the necklace or cash price worth of rs 60000,but to claim the prize i hv to pay them 7999 & then they generate the id & decided to gave me the "Gold plated necklace" & Mr Gautam Sharma told me the market price of the necklace is 60000 & along with the necklace they r sending me the 7 products.Details r given below.

1 14 pc set of aluminium cookware set
2 a health card
3 unisex wrist watch
4 Holiday voucher
5 Cordless iron
6 Gas saver & necklace.

Sir,after that on 15 sep 2012 Mr mohan gupta senior from gautam sharma call me & told me that i m selected in contest which i hv to pay 39500 & i can win a laptop,karizma bike or 110000 cash price & osome others gifts which is nt declare yet but declred on new year.


After that agin i recieved the call from mr gautam on 30 sep 2012 & he told me to pay the 10500 rs for laptop insurance. Whuch they r giving me the behaf of 39500 which i was already paid to them sir at that time i dnt have a money but mr gautam sharma force me its complousary if i dnt make the payment then they did nt dispatch my laptop & he told this money is refundable after i recieved tge laptop.so i borrow money from my friend & paid them.after dat i recieved thr Courier from sandshopping hub.when i opened it i was shocked.they send me only cookware set,wrist watch,health card,iron & a necklace which market price is 1899.then i call mr gautam sharma he told me by mistake company send me that necklace & when i asked about Holiday voucher &gas saver he told he he wil.dispatch that items along with laptop.but i hv to return that necklce which they had send me by mistake.then i send back that necklace throw by dtdc Courier pod no[protected] on 4 oct 2012 again i call mr gram & ask about my others product he told me the products r already dispatch & it wil be deliver ti me within 2 days

Sir i already paid them 7999,39500 & 10500.but i only recieved half products from my first order (7999).then i call sandshoppinghub customer care they told me mr sharma wil call back to me shortly but i did nt recieved any call again i call him i call him regular 2 weeks but he did nt call me back.then last sunday i complaint against him on sandsshopping hub Customer care helpline.next day his senior mr mohan gupta call me & he told me gautam sharma is on leave,i knew he is laying to ne because whenever i call Customer care they told me gautam wil cal me shortly.than i asked about my products than Mr mohan told me he did nt release my products.i askd abt by my necklace mr mohan gupta told me they did nt hv any necklace the amount of 60000.it means mr gautam sharma wrong commintment me.

Sir,m a student & i paid all the amount from my tution fee but Know again i recieved call from gautam sharma he told me he is on.leave & he gave m a new offer in this offer i hv to pay 38500 rs & uts a chance to.win a 2.5 lakh cash,but i hv nt a.money right now & i cannot affort.because in 1 month m.already spend near abt 60000.nw mr gauran sharma & mohan gupta regular call me & told me if i have not make a transation of 38500 than i cannot rec any product from their company.

Sir,plz help me they have my card details.plz bring back my money.they send me only some products from the behaf of (7999).i hv nt recieved any product the payment 39500 & 10500.sir plz do thr needful.because my parents didnt know about by dis & sir one more thing which i was forgot to mention they did nt gave me any booking id.but i hv my online transation record
