[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobiles — Irresponsible retailer | |||
Hello india, This is to bring to the kind attention of people in bangalore - india, do not rely on fancy offers put in by sangeetha mobiles and purchase phone with them; as they don't take responsibility of the insurance they provide. The coverage of insurance repair that would be done is not by authorized service center of the manufacturer. If the phone is repaired via insurance - the manufacturer doesn't cover any further repairs under warranty. The general manager of service from sangeetha mobiles cannot help any more for a customer who was using a faulty phone for only 4 months and repair was done 2 months back. Again the fault appeared again and the place which repaired the phone who is not authorized service center cannot cover it under repair; and do a re-repair. And authorized service center denied coverage of warranty as repaired by 3rd party. So ideally customer's are made a fool by selling phones with fancy terms. Was this information helpful? | |||
