Please don't buy mobiles keeping in mind insurance factor from sangeetha mobiles, sales guys use it as selling factor, whereas when you ask about the procedure to claim the same they just direct youto jc road office.
Insurance guys ask for police complaint about theft, but police insist you to lodge complaint as lost,
With a police acknowledgement you can claim for lost passport, but not your mobile through insurance,
They find one or other factor and disourage you, and force you to blame yourself for the loss.
They just find one or the other reason to send you back home.
They are just harassing in name of insurance... It's completely nuisance

i was travelling in a bus from shanthinagar bus stand to jayanagar on 21 st feb 2016, some one has stolen my mobile from the bag, i wanted to claim insurance, so filled all forms & went to police station, police are not ready to write it as theft, they asked me to write as MISSING .
i called SANGEETHA CUSTOMER CARE, they are saying, we can claim insurance only if it is written as THEFT, if it is missing, we cant claim .
police are not ready to write it as THEFT, what should i do now .
insurance is total waste
