[Resolved] Santro Xing GL — Poor, unprofessional behaviour of service centres | |||
Dear Sir/Madame, I am writing this mail to express my discontent/anger over the inhuman and un professional treatment by one of your HYUNDAI service centre's in Bhopal I had bought a HYUNDAI SANTRO GL (MP04 CE 0881) from C I HYUNDAI Bhopal in May 2009. After one month, i had given my car for first free servicing to C I HYUNDAI Bhopal. when the car is delivered to me the remote of central locking system(manufactured by Hyundai)is not working. I told to body shop manager. he said to me that it comes under warranty go to Service centre of central locking system at M P Nagar. but they are not ready to repair the same. so I give back to manager of C I Hyundai. HE PROMISED ME THAT WITHIN A WEEK HE REPLACE THE SET BUT THREE MONTHS AGO THERE IS NO REPLY. When I called up the Hyundai Service station, C I HYUNDAI. they wants more time and so on for next six month. when I visit to service centre for the third free service the manager is transfer to another service centre, then I told to newer one( Mr. Mahule) the whole story. He also promised me and ask to submit the warranty card. but I did'nt get any response after Two more months. I called back to mr. Mahule and he said to me that your case is put for replacment.and within one or two weeks you get a new set. but after stil now after two month i did'nt get any response from one of your worst Service Centre. Needless to car i am hurt, shocked, disgusted and feel cheated.This experience is going to stay with me for long and i pledge never to buy any car from HYUNDAI again in my life!!.
