Poor, unprofessional behaviour of service centres

I am writing this mail to express my discontent/anger over the inhuman and un professional treatment by one of your HYUNDAI service centre's in Bhopal

Hyundai MIL is cheating

I booked a Santro Xing GL car by paying Rs25000/- from one of the franchise of Hyundai MIL in Kolkata, INDIA on 8th of August, 2009 under an offer announced by Hyundai MIL. After that I have applied for personal loan and it is sanctioned. This week (19th of August) Hyundai MIL informed me that Hyundai doesn’t have any stock of that car – so

logistic charges

hi,
i wanna know the exact meaning of ex showroom price. cause every hundai dealer is charging logistic charges extra from ex showroom price. is this fair? i have called at hundai customer care and they said dealer can charge logistic charges.

why they call it ex showroom price, it should be written as ex factory price if there are any logistic charges to be add by the dealer....
