[Resolved] Santro Xing GLS — No response from Hyundai | |
Sir/Madam, I have complaint against the dealer. Details of the case I sent to reasonal office, Delhi by fax followed by speedpost. One email, one reminder and second reminder today to hyundai, Mathura Road, New delhi (including so many phone calls to reasonal office). It is likely to complete two months but till now no one has turned up. Can some one suggest me what should I do ? It is Hyundai's problem or dealer's problem, which case is to be take up and with whom ? Please responde Was this information helpful? | |

Santro GLS — Poor pick up
Hii purchased a new santro car at advaith hyundai Bangalore its my first day the car has got very poor pick up, the car suddenly stops some times have no clue why it is happening is it a manufacturing defect
Santro GLS — Regarding RC
Dear Sir,Above santro car registration no DL 3C AP 9809 was purchased on 23 July 2008 from your Mayapuri Showroom but the RC of the same still not provided to me in this regarding i have made lot of visits at Mayapuri showroom and your Yusuf Sarai Showroom also but no positive response from any where I also made so many complaints to the dealer and hyudai motors india ltd on the customer care through mail but still no body is botherred.
You are requested please treat this matter as an urgent and delivered my RC as far as possible. Also note that I have paid more than ten thousand rupees Trafic Police just becouse of non availability of the RC

Santro GLS — 2008 model sold in place of 2009
i booked the car in January 2009 and i must get the car of 2009 making but it is the product of 2008 and it is the loss of one year resale valuethe dealer code is S1201
Santro Xing GLS — Regarding Permanent RC
i am to inform you that i have purchased a Santro Xing GLS in the month of September, 2009 from the Suhrit Hyundai, Yusuf Sarai but even after lapse of 5 months I have not received my permanent RC.
