[Resolved]  Saraswati Gas Service Naigaon West - Bharat Gas — NOT RECEIVING CYLINDER ON TIME, NEVER BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMERS REQUEST

Saraswati gas services is providing a gas cylinder refilling service in our area.
They have a following rule that you can book the cyliner for refiling only 20 days after the delivery of the previous cylinder.
Once we book the cylinder, then we will receive the new one only after 12-15 days & after that 20 days again they expect you to book new cylinder ( by the time the cylinder which we are using already being half of its level) . We are family of 6 people, it is very difficult to manage more than 35 days on 1 cylinder, if you go & request them for earlier delivery they are regulary answer you that you can not book before 20 days & also they have a shortage of cylinder, they are not getting that from the company.
But if you tell them that you can not cook since there is no gas at home, that time they are suggesting you the option of black cylinder, I am really surprise that where this black cylinder is come from. Since they are gettiing the extra money they are doing black business.
If you are saying that you have a big family, that time they are also suggesting you to purchase the big cylinder costing almost Rs.1500/-

Now they are telling us that we have got the meesage from the company, that to issue only 1 cylinder twice a month.

For clarification, i had called up bharat gas customer service dept, they are always having server problem for filing a complaint in there system, I am facing the same since last 3 days.

We are really fed up of all this., no one is providing is the proper answer & solution.

No one is there to understand & listen, in such situation where we can go for solution.

Bharat Gas Cylinder — i have not received cylinder in time

Hi i am Naresh kumar from sikander pur ghoshi gurgaon i have lotes of probleum in there becouse here is lots of cylinder seled black and i have not proper get the cylinder what i do there is a shanti gash service and they are not give proper splai i have 12 member in my famaly and we use one cylinder in a 20 days but they dont give us cylinder shanti gas service seys they give us cylinder after one month what i do sir please help the most probleam if we want cylinder in black we gote cyliender what i do
very bad exp. with services. the agency guys behiver is so rash////
Gas Cylender Delivery
Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking and not picking up Phone at Gas Agency
I booked gas for home delivery 15 Days ago, but till today Gas Cylinder is not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative & Gas Agency, they didn't pick up phone
