[Resolved]  Saravana Stores, Chennai — Goods of no quality

I have bought an multi point spike at Saravana Stores before two weeks. It was not expensive, my concern with the product is that it is not upto the quality. In two weeks the product is not working any more. Some thing internally does not work. I went back to the Saravana Stores back and tried to exchange it for a new piece, but in turn the shop keepers say that the product will not be taken, no statement was mentioned in the bill either and make a note they have an exchange counter, i don't know for what. They say that if the product does not work the very next day, they won't care nor do they have any exchange on the product. I bought a small extension box in a shop near to my house and when it did not work, the shop keeper exchanged it for a new piece. But a big shop like Saravana Stores does not take back the damaged pieces. I wonder they are cheating people by selling non functional products at a low cost.

Now this also shows how low quality standard they have. They are running business by cheating so may middle class people like me and also other low class community. This is absolutely ridiculous. From now on i am not gonna purchase any products from that stupid shop. I recommend others as well not to purchase products from Saravana Stores if you are looking for long lasting products. They are number 1 cheaters selling rotten eggs (damaged products) under a big roof. I lost just around 200 rupees, i wonder how many people must have bought electrical stuffs from them and have got cheated for not getting repaid or exchanged.

Saravana Stores, Chennai — No legal billing

THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A VALID TAX DETUCTED PROPER BILLING WHICH ACCOUNTANTANTS NOT ACCEPTING, WHEN ASKED NO PROPER RESPONSE. TAKE ACTION!
on 01.04.09 i bought some textile from SARVANA STORE OPP PANAGAL PARK CHENNAI, i given my credit card they said the card is declined and they asked me to give other card then i did the same, once i back home and checked the statement online they debited from both of my card,
they cheated me, like this how many people got suffer, did the govt take any proper action.
Govt wont take any action, we want to take action, since we are the Government.
i have purchased samsung c3053 model in last month august 9- now hang the device i feel very said.. i am long time customer in saravana store. i have change my handset.
i also purchased memory card reader in saravana stores but they didn't give any guarantee or tested. but after going to room when i connected to desktop i shocked its not working.

saravana stores people are really cheating people by selling non-functional goods.
Is it possible to exchange ceiling fan bought 3 days back
