Satvik Shop — not refunding my money

I ordered Dabur honey for me and for my sister on 2nd Jan each pricing Rs.190 and a total of Rs.380 in satvikshop.com (order nos [protected] and [protected]). The product they sent got damaged in Transit which was sent thro' DTDC and hence not delivered to us .When I reported abt this to satvik, they told me not to accept the parcel. So they cancelled the order and told they will be refunding the amt to the credit card bank which I used for making the payment. But after that whenever I ask for refund they are simply postponing it and after a long time on 9th feb they asked me to send the snapshot of the card statement for payment made and for refund not received after 25th Jan ( the day when the cancellation was made for both the orders). I sent that one also but even after that also no process. Till today I've not received my refund. So they have not only cheated me but wasted my precious time also. So they must compensate for that also.
