Satvik Shop — refund not received | |||
I placed my order no. [protected] to Satvikshop on 9th January but they didn't deliever till two months. Payment of Rs. 202 was made by SBI internet banking at the time of placing the order online. I complained so many times, but they did not take any action. Finally they cancelled my order and promised me to refund my money on March 15, 2013..I called them so many times but it was wastage of my time and money(from my phone bill spent on talking with them). They have not yet refunded the amount of Rs. 202 and do not pay any attention to my complaints. I write e-mail to them and they do not respond.
