[Resolved]  satyam — ECNR Stamping related information

My Passport has been issued at Visakhapatnam. It does not have ECNR stamping.Can I get the ECNR stamping from Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad.
I am trying to reach the numbers provided in RPO, Hyderabad website but they are not lifting the calls.If it is the case, then there is no use of giving numbers for enquiry in the intenet.
Because of that, I am posting this complaint.
Can you please let me know the documents to be submitted in order to get the ECNR stamping.
