[Resolved]  Savings Account — wrong Transaction

Dear sir

I have account no. [protected] in State bank of india Narsinghpur distt. Narsinghpur Madhya Pradesh.
I tried to withdraw the money of Rs 500 from State bank of india ATM Vapi distt Valsad on[protected]. After 5 minutes of processing ATM got Hannged. With The Help of Security officer I Tried Again And Got the Sum of Rs/- 500 The Trasiction Slip Which I Got is with currect deduction of 500

But on Next Trasiction when I withdrawl Rs/- 500 Again From SBI ATM Daund Dis. Pune I got That On 26.01.2009 There Is two Transictions From My Account Continously Of Rs 500 I submitted the Written Complaint Along with slip to SBI Narsinghpur. Manager gave me proper responce And Told That You Will Get Your Mony In Next 15 Days. After That I Meet Him Severasl Times But There is no Refund in My Account Till Now.
please look into the matter.as i have already Talk to Customer Care OF SBI.
