I attempted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 4, 500/- from Phase-II, Rawatbhata (SBBJ Branch) ATM on 11/08/2009. Neither the cash nor the statement was dispensed. But later I found that the money had been reduced from my account. A complaint had been registered with my branch SBBJ, Kherli Branch, Rawatbhata (RAJ.) but no good response was given by the authorities.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest and help me get back my hard earned money.

Sub:- Complaint about the Non –Transaction of Rs. 40000/- (Forty Thousand)
from ATM Gopalpura Mod, Tonk Road Jaipur-regarding

Sir,
With due respect, it is to inform you that I withdrew Rs. 40000/- (Forty Thousand) from SBBJ ATM No (S1AN[protected] on 30.11.2009 at 13.38 PM (TXN Slip No. 1400 & 1401) but I did not receive the money and in the transaction slip it was deducted from my saving account no. [protected]. The written information about the incident was given to bank manager, SBBJ Paota (Branch Code 10851) where my account is running on the same day and the written information has already been supplied to the Manager, Head Branch, SBBJ, Tilak Marg and The General Manager, Reserve bank of India (ATM Section) Jaipur for the necessary action but none of the action has been taken so far by the banking authorities.
Even after ten days (10 days) of the incident, the money has not been transferred to my saving account. I am really disturbed and facing mental anguish because of the negligence of the bank and don’t have any idea what to do.
Therefore, I want to make an humble request to you to look into the matter personally and rectify the problem.

Sir i accessed SBBJ 2nd ATM at HP petrol pump
near gopal pura puliya . I entered amount 3000 Rs
but i got only 500 Rs . Remaining 2500 Rs i have get till now and 3000
amount is withdrawals from my account . Regarding i
talk to Mohar Singh meena and i also complained on customer care
complain id : AT[protected] .But i could n't get any response
i daiy call to MS Meena but get reply i am busy or not in office so
please tell me how can i get my remaining 2500 RS amount.
Sir i am fed up with this thing calling daily and
not getting any reply.

Yesterday (20/01/11) I tried to withdraw some money from a non SBBJ ATM machine, the trasaction was cancelled due to some error in the machine, however today in the morning ii got a message from the bank stating that i have withrawn some ***** money on 20/01/11.

sir my account has been debited as Rs two thousand on 02/03/11 but no cash came out from the ATM machine.

sir my account is at jodhpur paota -SBBJ . At the time of withdrawal 3500/- (three thoushand only) i receive only 200/- (two hundred only) due to eroor in ATM mechine on dated 04/05/2011 at jaisalmer (RAJ.).

my name is tarun and my sbbj ac no. is [protected] at ADARSH NAGAR BRANCH AT JAIPUR . SIR my a/c has been dabited 8000/- rs.on 12/07/2011 no cash come out the ATM machine .

I used PNB BANK MACHINE AT RAJAPARK FOR RS.4000/- but no cash come out the ATM machine. Then i go another ATM OF HDFC BANK AT RAJAPRAK, JAIPUR for rs 4000/- but transaction declined .

but my a/c has been dabited 8000/-

I also givin complaint to my branch on 13/07/2011.

sir, please solve my prob. quickly because already 16 days go.
