I went to withdraw money from SBI ATM, I entered
15000 as withdrawal amount but when the transcaction was over i recieved a
reciept which stated that Sorry transcaction cannot be
processed. But on checking the balance again the amount i.e 15000 was
deducted. Since this happened on sunday i went to SBI branch and submitted
the application regarding the same, Bank manager of the branch said that
the money will be again credited to my account in 2 3 days.. but even
after 2 weeks now, the money isnt credited now.
What should i do now???

I have applied for cheque book through SBI online & till now has not received it. I also posted complaints on their web portal but there was no response from their end.
Therefore it is kindly requested to inquire into the matter & revert on the same.

Sub; Rejection of Home Loan on ground of being tribal

I had applied for Home Loan to State Bank of India, ADM Branch, Bokaro Steel City in the October, 2007.My application was processed for loan by the bank, however, after almost 5 months, on opinion of its retaining lawyer, it refused to grant me loan stating that as a tribal I was not allowed to mortgage my land as per the Chottanagpur Tenancy Act and therefore not eligible for home loan.
I represented my case to the bank and after a lapse of almost one year on 14.8.08 I got a letter from my SBI local Branch that they were glad to consider my case under the scheme ‘Tribal Plus’ for home loan.(Copy of the letter is enclosed ).
I immediately got my papers ready and after discussion with the Branch Manager submitted my application on 15.10.08 to the bank with my wife, who is working in PSU as an executive, as Third Party Gurantor(TPG) for the amount against the loan..
The local Main Branch in the city where my loan application was to be processed returned my application asking me to further to give liquid security besides TPG assuring me that once the liquid security is deposited, my loan would be sanctioned.
Hence on 22.10.08, as stipulated in the scheme, I also purchased Term Deposit for an amount of Rs.300000/- from SBI with whatever little savings I had and sent my application to the branch processing my loan application .However, on 29.10.08 I was called by the Branch Manager of my bank, who informed that my application for home had been rejected by the Local Head Office at Ranchi since I am not able mortgage my property against the loan amount.
It appears that State Bank of India is acting prejudicial in granting loan to me because I am a tribal since inspite of fulfilling all the stipulations in the scheme for home loan in ‘Tribal Plus’, it has rejected my loan

Dear sir/madam,
Iam an existig credit card holder and my Credit Card No is:[protected].
Ihad deposited Rs 34900 for payment on 04/10/2008.On the 14/10/2008 my cheque was bounced by mentioning INSUFFICIENT FUND.
The thing is cheque does n't comes collection to my bank
till date.I have informed to the customer regarding this issue and i ask for the return memo on 15/10/2008 till date iam yet to receive the memo.Mean while i got the letter from my bank states that my cheque doesn't come for collection and i got sufficient balance on 14/10/2008 authentication letter from my Branch Manager and fax the same to the following : One of your people from delhi called me and confirm that they receive the letter and concern dept people will call you and solve the issue.But still date iam receiving nearly 10 to 15 calls simply they are asking for the outstanding amount but no one is there solve the issue.
Kindly help me in this regard.

Dear Sir,
I am a SBI Credit Gold Card Holder with card number: [protected] and a banker by profession.It's been more than an year now that i have registered with SBI Credit card that i have not been recieving the statements neither physically nor through e-mail, which i think is the integral responsibility of the department to send to its customer, because of which i am unable to track the payments to be made and the date of payment, because of which everytime i had to bear a late payment and interest charge.Everytime, i called the call centre or was contacted by the collection agent/executive, i was assured that if i make the minimum amount due payment i would be able to save on my interest charge and the said statement problem would be solved from the next time. I had contacted more than 50 staff members including the call centre exec. but always a false commitment was made to me.Would request you to take a strict action them and get the chgs reversed. I am willing to make the payments as i have been doing for since the starting but have stopped doing so when i was pissed off with them.
I would also like to claim an appropriate damage for the unnecessary mental harassement that i have been going through all these months.

There is an unauthorized payment from my sbi card to vodaphone of Rs 2200 on 28 October 2008.

I would like to inform that I have not made any such payments.

what is the procedure to find about this payment.

I was dropped my cheque no. 820416 in the drop box situated at State Bank of India, Branch- Garulia (Code-1720) on 08/09/2008 for depositing into my

It will be invalid after 07/12/2008.

So, therefore I request you, please do the needful action as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that cheque no 820416 for Rs. 25, 662 issued to undersigned by Post Office Shyamnagar, North 24 Parganas (Kolkata) was dropped in the drop box situated at State Bank of India, Branch – Garulia ( Code no. 1720) on 08.09.2008 for depositing into my
a/c no. [protected]. The cheque has not been credited into my account till date.

On enquiry from the SBI Garulia Brach, it was informed by the SBI Garulia Branch officials that key of the Drop Box is not traceable therefore the drop-box is not in operation and it has not been opened since then. Also, any warning regarding non-functioning of the drop box is not displayed.

It is requested to look into the matter and arrange for retrieval of the cheque and crediting the cheque into my account at the earliest.

I am using SBI credit Card[[protected]] from the last two year. Last year i made a trasaction of rs. 25000/-. I converted this amount to EMI(2520). before settling this amount i clearly asked them there is no any other amount i have to pay. they said no sir. But after six month i got a call that you have to pay Govt tax also. And in between i did not recieved single statement from SBI. I have already paid all the EMIs. Now they are saying you will have to pay 12000/- Rs. Only late fees and unnecessary charges. They are calling me everyday(10 Times).
Can you please do someting in this regard.

I have a salary bank account no. [protected] at your Kotdwar branch (Uttrakhand). i have taken home loan of around 6 lac 40 thousand on this salary account. My home loan no. is[protected]. Monthly Rs. 6500-00 credited into this home loan account through my salary account.
I have requested for the EMI statement for the tax saving long ago, but still i am waiting for it. Request EMI statement for the year 2008-09 may kindly be send to my e.mail address, so that i could submit my tax saving plan to my department.
