With reference to my letter dated 07.10.2009 addressed to the The Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Rupnarainpur (2114) Branch and their letter No. BR/42/346 dt. 07.10.2009.
I would like to inform you that my father Sri Nagendra Chandra Guha, was a Railway Pensioner (Chittaranjan Locomotive Works) & who drew his pension from Rupnarainpur branch (02114) bearing Savings Bank A/c No. [protected] since 1st of March’1982 till his death. He has been expired on 15th of January’2009 at 9:00PM at “Mission Hospital”, Bidhannagar, Durgapur.
I regret to inform you that 60% of his arrear of his Pension has not been credited in his Savings Bank A/c No. [protected] till date or inform me the causes of non-payment of his dues.
Therefore, I ferverently pray to your kind honour to look into the matter and disburse the due amount at your earliest.

I retired from Indian Navy on 30th Sep 2002 as Honorary Lieutenant and drawing my pension through, State Bank of India, Vasco da gama Goa vide PPO No. 09/09/B/S/02201/2002 and PPO No.CORR/09/07/B/S/00070/2003 . On implementation of 6th CPC report my basic pension has been fixed as Rs.12262/- whereas my counterparts who retired with me are getting Rs.13850/ as basic pension plus Dearness Relief. I have brought to the notice of SBI Vasco da gama through letter on 03 March 2010 but nothing has happened. Will you please help me and get my pension refixed and arrears be released at the earliest.     Sir,
    With much faith and assurance in you I would want to post a complaint regarding the State Bank of India (branch-Kahalgaon, bhagalpur-"bihar").It would be unkind news to you that some of the Assistant Branch Manager-"Mr.Ali tries to work with their customer in a harsh, impolite, rude, impatient, annoying way.
    He wants to say that being Assistant Branch Manager he would work in his manner and rather it is wrong or right no one's can tell him.Many of the customers are sure that he shows his "dadagiri", as he is local man (residing in Kahalgaon).So OI don't think misbehaving is the mission of SBI as shown in their aim and Mission chart.
    Really of my experience i think he want to show the power of his position and now he thinks threatening me even though the fault lies in cashier;he started arguing me on the mistake.
    Sir, i would beg you to check this man's.

        SUB - TDS REOVERY ON COMMUTATION AND GRATUITY AMOUNT IN RESPECT OF EX-SERVICEMAN – SBI MAIN BRANCH VELLORE ACCOUNT NO[protected]

        Respected Sir,

        1. I have the honour to submit the following few lines for your information and favourable action please.
        2. This is to inform that I am a Defence Pensioner drawing my pension from SBI Main Branch, Vellore. Consequent on 6th pay commission, arrears of COMMUTATION AND GRATUITY FOR RS 1, 90,282/- AND 1, 13,140/- respectively have been credited in my above account during Aug 2009 vide CDA pension Allahabad PPO No 3/COR/042066/2007 (copy enclosed). Afterwards I was intimated vide SBI Main Branch Vellore letter No Pen/TDS dt 03 Oct 2009 (copy enclosed) that a sum of Rs 47,735/- has been recovered on 01 Oct 2009 as TDS towards my above said pension arrears, for the cause of my income crossed the stipulated ceiling. The said TDS recovery has been done by the bankers without prior intimation to me.
        3. In this connection, I bring it to your kind notice that Gratuity and Commutation amount is exempt to the extent specified from inclusion in computing the total income under clause 10 A of Section 10 under Commutation Rules of the Central Govt (copy enclosed).
        4. In view of the para 3 above, TDS amount Rs 47,735/- recovered by the banker is totally incorrect. In this connection, already I made a request with bankers vide my application dated 11 Nov 2009 to repay the TDS amount recovered ( i.e 47,735/-) on the above clause. But, neither the amount nor or any reply has been received so far.
        5. Therefore, I request your goodself to advice the banker to take action to repay the TDS amount already recovered. Immediate action is requested to repay the recovered amount as I am facing financial hardship.

            dear sir,

            this is to bring to your notice that for about past seven years I am suffering at the hands of SBI credit cards. They have wrongly entered personal details of myself and my wife (who is an add on card holder).

            these wrong details are used as security information to confirm our identity when we call their help line for any purpose.

            The correct details - like the landline number, address, mother's maiden name etc have been repeatedly informed via phone, emails, letter for over past seven (7) years with proof, but until now no action have been taken.

            It is now come to such a condition, that at Nagpur there is np office or officer to address the issue personally, emails doesnt help and the calls to their help line[protected] doesnt go through - as we hear a recoded message - "all lines to this route are busy".

            All my reward points lapses because I am unable to apply for a suitable product to redeem these accumulated points.

            I am totally fed up with this card and dont know how to cancel the card. Can you please help?

              I have a Savings Bank Account with SBI, IITM Branch, Chennai 600 036.
              A sum of Canadian $ 2040.79 was sent to this account by SWIFT from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on 10 September 2009. The details are given below. The amount has not been credited to my account till this moment - full three months after the transfer was made. The accountant who checked told me that the amount has not been received by the branch.

              I gave the relevant information received from Vancouver to an accountant of SBI, IITM branch on 12 December. When I went there again on 22 December, he has not take any action and on top of it he has misplaced the information I gave him on 12th. He asked me to come agian on 30th January.

              I sent an email to the Chairman, SBI as well as the Zonal manager of SBI Chennai on 12 December, and I have not received any reply so far.

              The wire was processed on September 10, 2009

                SBI Card over telephonic conversation had offered 3 days and 2 nights of holiday with 1 way free domestic flight travel by convincing me to accept the offer. I was told that i can cancel the program at any time before the vouchers reaches Heritage Holidays Pvt Ltd - C/o Plat5 Consultancy Pvt Ltd. I have recieved the vouchers in this regard. I have also accepted for the offer and they have debited an amount Rs.6067/- from my SBI card. In voucher provided to me the last date for submission of form for accomodation & travel is 26/01/2010.

                Now due to unavoidable circumstances i would not be able to take the offer and requested the SBI cards to cancel the offer provided to me. I was shocked by their reply that cancellation can not be done and i can only transfer my offer to any of my blood relatives.

                SBI Card has offered an unfair deal with their customer. Please guide me to proceed further....

                I am posting this solely for the purpose of providing warning to all SBI credit card holders in INDIA.
                Guys, please do not fall into the trap of SBI credit card privileged group offer.

                A month back, SBI credit card team has called me and offered me "privileged circle group" under which I can get the following:
                1) 3 days and 2 nights holiday plan anywhere in INDIA (includes accommodation in 4 star or 5 start hotels)
                2) One way Flight charges are free
                3) An american brand watch
                Usually whenever I get any call from anyone regarding the offers, I never responded with interest as I always believe that they can be fake and contain hidden charges etc...

                But when I got this call from SBI, being a reputed organization in INDIA, I did not have a second thought and accepted to their offer.
                Immediately they have debited 6067 rupees from my credit card.
                So far everything is fine.

                After 25 days, I have received the offer slips through courier.
                When I opened that box, I was literally shocked to see the vouchers and watch.

                1) The watch can cost around 300 rupees. It looks below average.
                2) Flight charges: Free for only one person and that too we need to choose one among 5 cities ( This is not at all relevant to what they have said earlier, initially they have told me that one way flight charges are free to any destination we chose to stay in our holiday period.

                And, we need to give 3 different dates to them for to book the flight ticket. Only base price is free and we need to pay the taxes... how well SBI is making fools of their own customers...We all know that some times base price of flight charges can be one rupee to 10 rupees.. Its taxes which costs more and that we need to pay.

                When I asked them that, i am told one way flight charges free for me and my wife.. how can I go by flight and my wife by train or bus... this is the most ridiculous offer I have ever heard in my life.

                3) Accommodation in star hotels:
                I again need to provide 3 different dates in the next 6 months (excluding some months within that)
                And again I need to pay the hotel taxes.

                In addition to that above, I need to pay processing fee of Rs.250 to avail the 2 offers.

                Oh my god... After I have received this offer, I realized that i'm made as a BIG FOOL by SBI.

                This is my request/suggestion/warning to all SBI credit card holders.. Do not fall into the trap.
                My case is also identical to above. Iwas told that the amount will be refunded if Iama not interested to take up the journey. But to my surprise now the cheating is at its highest level. Iam told that the money will not be refunded. Iam cheated for an amount of Rs. 6067/- . my advice is toall SBI card holders is Pl. donot fall prey of such schemes no body is going to hear you.

                This is high-class cheating by SBI. I couldn't imagine that SBI will be doing such a thing until I got into this. Had I read all these before I went in for it, I wouldn't have even heard to them.

                I guess who ever has gone for it, they are now deeply regretting it.
                The customer service response is worst than anyone else I have seen till now.
                You don't have anyone out there whom you can speak to. You can't meet or see the person.

                I took the program & went for holiday in Goa.. No offences to anyone but my experience was entirely different. SBI/Plat5 actually gave one of the best deals. The property where they provided accomodation was exotic. I just gave them all the details from my side within the time frames as mentioned in the "T&C's"
                Hi, I would like to know about properties in Goa… I am also planning a trip through Plat5. Since you have been there..Can u please suggest ?
                I went to Goa and enjoyed my holidays in "La Goa Azul".It is nice property in Goa. U can check details on internet.
                I had a wonderful experience with sbi program..whatever deals and offer they committed to me they had provided with me each and everything...i had availed my holiday offer in the avalon resorts...its one of the best property in mussoorrie...
                They never confirm anything in email. Ask them to send an email regarding it and they will not. High time there is a law to make it mandatory to have these SERVICE providers sent the chat text as email.

                Hi all, I fell into the same trap in middle of August 2010. Everything happened so quickly.
                When I got the phone I was tricked into believing that first the offer details will come to me by courier. Then after checking the details I will sign for them to debit the money.
                But suddenly on 21 Aug I found Rs 6067/= debited on my SBI card. The date of debit is also significant as I am getting the least no of days(21) to take any action against SBI card.
                There is no doubt that they did forced illegal debit to my card account. This is money swindling of the worst kind. If we together fight it out legally in Delhi, they will be in a spot.
                I do not know what the standard of their services & goods offered will be. But that is secondary. Everybody cancel your SBI Credit cards while you can. I hear that SBI card is run by GE Countrywide. Not by SBI themselves.

But I have not used the card and I sent the card by mutilating the same by post to SBI Cards & Payment Services PO Box No 28, New Delhi. on 23/11/2011. Now I have received Annual Fee to be paid. Since I have not used the card and sent back the card to you, I request you to cancel the Annual charges and confirm the same. My Mobile No is [protected]. I had sent SMS to SBI and they had replied that my problem has reached their Solution Room and their Representative will be contacting me. But Till date they have not contacted me.
                Hence Please look into the matter and confirm that the Annual charges are cancelled. Thanking U,

                    I was using one SBI credit card 3.5 years back when i was at Indore . Later i shifted to Ahmedabad . Called for address change but never happened and also i never got any statement . Once i called up at Customer care to close the account and with some lady i talked and as per her instruction i teared the card .
                    But now after 3 year i came to know that i have a due of 18 k., called up customer care and to clear the dispute i agreed to pay Rs. 8660.00 for settlement, even provided them the cheque number. Called atleast 6-7 times from last one month, sent mail but till date not solved my problems . Because of the same my project got stucked .
                    SBI service is wrost ever service i have ever seen .

                      I made a Fixed deposit of Rs 300000 in Kolkata in April for 6 months and which gets matured in Oct 2009. In Aug 2009 I got a transfer to Delhi and I transferred my Kolkata account to Yamuna Vihar Delhi and also the Deposit Account got transferred here.

                      Online I am able to see it under my Yamuna Vihar Account. After Oct it got matured and automatically renewed till April 2010.

                      In the mean time I applied for a Flat in Jaypee Kosmos UNIT Number (JGNKM0110703) and its 2nd installment is due on 14th December 2009. So for that I submitted the FD document in Yamuna Vihar Branch on 5th of Dec to trasfer the due amount in my saving bank AC[protected] so that it will reflect in my saving account in next 2-3 days.

                      But When I visited the Bank on 11th of Dec 2009 to cross check why the FD is still not transferred in my Ac the concerned fellow told me that he had transferred the FD to Kolkata by post as it is made from there so the money will come from there. So it will take some 10 days to process my request and nothing can be done from here.

                      But my concern Over here is as the Saving Bank Account and Deposit Account is in the Yamuna Vihar Delhi Branch only how can they send the FD to Kolkata Branch.

                      Due to SBI carelessness I had missed the dead line for payment of 2nd Installment to Jaypee Kosmos which is due on 14th of Dec. So Delay in payment will attract an interest @18% for the period of delay.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I transfered money from CIMB, Malaysia Savings Bank account to my savings bank account [protected] at SBI, ADB Branch, Bhabua, Bihar, India on 29th October 09. The money has not been credited in my account till date. As per the enquiry result money has been sent from CIMB to SBI, Bhabua, Main Branch through ICICI, Mumbai through NEFT mode on 3rd November 2009(ref:SRW[protected] but SBI Bhabua, Main branch tells that money has not reached to their bank. As a result money has not been credited in my account. I complaint nearly one week ago to SBI online complaint (complaint ticket no. CC[protected] but no news from SBI in this regard.

                        I request to take immadiate action so that my money is credited in my account.

                        I have also faced this type of problem but in main SBI branch bhabua although that transfer was between HSBC india and SBI . i got my ammout after 4 month. i m not able to understand why its happening ...

                          I have lost my SBI ATM Card against SB A/C no. [protected] of SBI Main Branch, Raipur (Code - 0461), on 03/05/2009 and accordingly intimated to the Bank Authority with a request for re-issuing the same on date 05/06/2009. I received an ATM Card in the month of June'2009. On perusing, it was observed that the ATM Card, which I received, was for the Account No.[protected], which is not in existence.
                          After persuing it with the bank authorities, it was told to me that my CIF No. is for the SB A/c No.[protected], then how can the request for new ATM Card be considered for another CIF No. (which is for the SB A/c No.[protected]), which is an error with the Central Monitoring Section of the ATM.

                          The same issue was resolved by the Bank Authorities eariler, when I opened this new Account No.[protected]. This is the second time that, I am facing such problem with the SBI Bank.

                          You are requested to look into the matter for issuing of the same so that I can have relief from wasting time in the bank for small withdrawals, without the ATM Card.

                            Hi SBI Manager,

                            My issue is really hurting me continuously. 3 years back I have placed a request for SBI Credit card and I have not recieved my credit card due to delay in Courier service and at the same time I have changed my company to other state. I have informed the same by calling to call center about my status that i will not available in kolkata .
                            Due to this I have not recieved my Credit card but I am continuously getting calls from your company asking me to pay the outstanding amount.
                            I am really surprised that SBI Credit card do not have any security in regards to credit cards.
                            I want to know whether I need to put a case on consumer court in regards to this or will my issue be resolved at your end..
                            I am really frustrated with your calls.
                            A person who has not recieved the credit card , why would he pay the amount and how the amount has come into his account. These all comes into security that SBI donot have perfect security lines.
                            Please revert me if you really feel this as a issue.

                                Dear Sir,
                                My mother, Mrs. Umashori Karihaloo, is a central government pension holder drawing her pension through SBI, Subash Nagar branch, New Delhi. All the central govt. pension holders are entitled to draw higher proportionate pension amount after the attainment of 70 and 80 years of age. She has crossed 80 years of age and no benefit has been passed on to her after she attained the age of 70 and 80 years. Proof of her age of was submitted through SBI, Subash Nagar, New Delhi. We have been, for more than one year now, requesting the local SBI office and centralized pension branch, Chandni chowk, New Delhi for the above subject relief. The complaint was also registered with SBI helpline, New Delhi vide their Complaint Ticket Number : CC[protected]. But so far there is deafening silence on the part of SBI authorities. I request for your personal intervention so that the grievances of the senior citizens are addressed to.

                                100% now I believe that if you have money then you can get anything, every thing is possible by you. If you are a poor then you can’t get anything, every thing is far and beyond possible to you, also you get poor judgment and poor comportment in all aspects of life, in our country INDIA. For example 1. I. I went to Police Station more than 100 times, made 5times entries (complaints) into G.D. but Not even a microscopic actions took place against the alleged bodies. On the contrary Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. OFFICER Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected] he has much more and enough money so they purchase all police personnel's and some political leaders, some Dada. Etc. Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me! My wife and her family, Sandip Samanta and his family harassed me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally.



                                We got Married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter who took birth on 09/07/2005. My wife and her family lodged a case 498A/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, against me and some of my family members it’s a fabricated, baseless, legless, toothless and doesn’t have any commensurate to the fact. My wife is engaged and having an illicit affair with a boy (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta S.B.I. Officer Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected] just opposite to my house, all the matters are known to every person in my village, and also they have certified me written about my fresh character and nature. When my wife left form my house taking many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees. What a demon she is! She didn’t take our only daughter (only four years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler. My wife filed the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009, The Learn" ed court granted me on bail on 19/09/2009. Barasat court. I have lots of irrefutable evidences, (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy and a c.d.) with me where it is cleanly reveals which translates my wife and the boy that they are in illicit relations. Believe me I and my family would love very much (which is very rare seen in our society) to my wife and never any kind of love lost didn’t happen. They (My wife family) are very very poor and live in a bosti Address: 70/H/8 Manicktolla Main Road, Kolkata – 700054, Beside 5 Star Club, my mother saw 1st time and she arranged my marriage. Before marriage my family did not see the pedigree of my wife’s family, now we understood also realized that they hailed from a worst status. My wife, her family and (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta) all they are misusing this law. Now my wife’s family knows all the affair-related matter. My wife left our only solitary daughter to me who is 4 years old having severe "Asthma Disease, depends on INHALER, here political Hide and seek, ducks and drakes and lots o[censored]nfair means are going on and the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE) are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that in no way I can’t accept that demon wife. I hired a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what will be happened next? It’s an utterly a huge and a palpable offence subsequent to which the boy deserves severe and examplanary punishment so that no one can dare to abuse this law. My mother is a sugar present shies sugar is now 400. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter thread barely and save me and my family. I leave here one question to every one that in this die-straits situation whom do I take care to myself (TRAGEDY), my daughter, or my mother(severe Diabetic)?. My wife filed another case me U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. Case NO.167/2009, date 16/12/2009.I am millions miles away from the genuine and authentic investigation and inquiry. No inquiry, investigation were executed against the F.I.R lodged by my wife. It is very painful, lamentable as well as heart rendering, breath taking affair to me and my family. My heart bursts into guffaw when I see the nature of the inquiry and investigation. One thing is as clear as crystal to me that the law and the task of the law enforcing agencies vary from man to man. A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that "Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor" A rich reserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds" To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.



                                After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.



                                Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (the payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.



                                When I saw that already near by 70-80 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.

                                As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India. P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, my nation, all of the news channels, and all press, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take proper investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, I see they all are in sound asleep. The reason is best known to them.

                                I hope you would care to me, your prompt action shall be highly appreciated and deserves to be lauded.

                                  inspection charges on advances

                                  i am enjoying certain credit facility from your bank and having cash credit / term loan and sme credit plus a/c .

                                  from last 2 years i am observing that the banks system is charging inspection charges on each and every account and whereas as per the policy it should be charged maximum 12000/- per year per SME borrower.

                                  every time i have to write a letter to branch and bring their attention then after they reverse...

                                  As stated in the subject Monthly Statement for SBI Card Account number [protected], dated 18 Dec 2009 which were sent to my stated mail, did not recieved any such card from SBI,how could they are sending these statements for the last three months or so.

                                  I am surprised with the Indian oldest banking organisation as claimed by SBI always on the advertisements that they are the pioneering in the banking sector.

                                  We Indians are proud of SBI as our biggest banker, but by these type of silly mistakes we felt humiliated.
                                  Through one of the SBI agent , submitted the application for SBI IRCTC without any annual charge. Since without issuing/recieving any SBI card they are sending monthly statements every month on my mail,
                                  It is requested you to stop and withdraw your monthly statements immedietly without any further delay or I have to complaint it to RBI for further action.

                                  I could check my card statement so easily. But your new format is sooooooooooooooo UNfriendly to users. I have not been able to access my account in spite of repeated efforts. The people at the local B Level Branch (main branch) were also sorry.

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    Myself Anupama Sarngadhrana A/C NO-[protected], DCB NO-06201,On 19/12/2009 at 11:30am i made a ATM Transaction of 5000/-Rs from my account from DCB (Development Credit Bank LTD'S) ATM machine which is in Vikasroad sector-15 Gudgaon,and 1000/-Rs got stuck in the DCB ATM Machine and i got 4000/-Rs only, I didn't even got the ATM TRANSACTION RECORD PAPER,again i tried to do the Transaction of 1000/-Rs but the machine did'nt worked, so i went to HDFC ATM and withdrawed 1000/-Rs from my account.I have made a transaction
                                    of 5000/-Rs only on 19/12/09,but when i called on customer care they told me that i have made a Transaction of 5000/-,1000/-,1000/-,1000/- .Which is not correct.

                                    I Request you to rectify the mistake,as i don't want to loose any money
