SBI Card Gold & More — Recieving payment calls for services not availed

My card no. is [protected].
I was not in receipt of any monthly statement since January 2008.The amount towards insurance was made known to me on telephone and I was stunned to note the same as I have not given any consent to the same.On my complaint several times on the helpline nothing was done. I then cut the card in four pieces and along with a covering note bearing a cheque of Rs. 750.00 towards the purchases made by me and in the absence of any statement upto 25th June 2008, couriered the same by Speed Post to Customer Care-SBI Card at Delhi.
No reply on my letter is yet received from SBI CARD, however the telephone calls from recovery department @ 2 calls per day is still pouring in from this department.On[protected] a recovery agent from K7 in Mumbai had visited my residence when I had handed over the copy of the aforesaid letter.
The mental hardship I have been subjected to since I had opted for SBI CARD is now unbearable. I therefore request that forum shall bring an end to my mental agony as there asre no dues pending on the said SBI CARD.

    I have applied for credit card few months back to State Bank of India and accordingly SBI Card has been approved. But till today I have not received the credit card. Strangely enough, I have received the bills for annual fee of this card in my residential address where I have been asked to pay Rs 502/- within 25 August 2012.

    Please ensure that I receive the credit card immediately at my residence and the last date of payment of fees shouldma be extended keeping any suitable date after the receipt.

          State Bank of India / ATM — Amount debited cash not received

          I am the holder of SB A/c No. [protected]-3 at State Bank of India, CGO Complex Branch, Lodi Road, New Delhi- 110003. On 23.12.08, I used my ATM Card No. [protected] 970 for withdrawing Rs. 5, 000/- from SBI, Kangra, Dist. Kangra Branch, Himachal Pradesh.

          ATM gave the option unable to process due to network error. I again tried to withdraw Rs. 5, 000/- but the ATM gave the same option.

          But, when I checked my balance Rs. 10, 000/- was deducted from my account. I complaint in both SBI branches (where my account is maintained and where ATM Centre was).

          But they told that my complain is false. Then, on 15.01.09 an amount of Rs. 5, 000/- was credited to my account by the SBI Branch.

          I have not received the remaining Rs. 5, 000/- yet. I also visited the SBI Branch at CGO Complex to know the present status of my complaint but all in vain.

          I shall be very grateful if you could kindly look into the matter personnal so that I get the remaining amount.

          State Bank of India / ATM — ATM Card Not Working

          I had an ATM card earlier which suddenly stopped working, I complained the same to my local SBI, AT Road Branch the told to apply for new card and I did, against which the bank debited 200/- to my account, but still my card is not working what should I do I don't know, I am thinking to change my bank now, I have also an account in Axis bank whose ATM Card is working vey finely.

          You need not change the Bank at all. The SBI has the largest network and this will definitely benefit you at sometime. When you receive you card, collect the new password (called pin) from the branch and donot forget to get the card activated in the system when you collect the pin from the Bank's branch.

          my wife has lost her ATM card. what is the procedure to acquire new ATM. Please clarify.
          I am suresh, a sbi account holder of no.[protected] have taken rs.8100 at 8.06.2009 from icici atm centre which is in pondicherry but actually my account is in yanam(UT OF PONDICHERRY) branch, it had shown that network problem occured unable to process your request.
          After sometime again i tried to take money but unfortunately have no money in my account, it is debited but have not received that money from ATM machine.I gave complaint to to my sbi branch but till now didn't get that money, what can i do further to get my money soon.
          my indian bank saving account No.[protected]. I used my Indian bank ATM card(NO; [protected]) in state bank of india ATM cash counter, kalpakkam, chennai-603102 at 7th july 2009 in 20;23 pm. The state bank of india branch code NO; 2219. I was entered in ATM cash counter RS. 8000/-(EIGHT THOUSAND ONLY). The display were shown in SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS and receipt came. In the receipt ATM ID NO; S1AC00221902. I checked my balance enquiry statement the Rupees Eight thousand were detected, but I did not got any money in SBI ATM cash counter . Please I kindly request you to take necessary action for bring back money to my account. I already intimated regarding this to my INDIAN BANK home branch (Branch code no ; 286)

                SBI card fraud
                On 3.1.2012,I received 4 SMS alerts within a minute that 4 online transactions of Rs 8725 each (totaling 34,900) have been done with my credit card no, CV V& password from a Russian site called DENGI.MAIL.RU( I understand it is a online gambling site)
                I immediately informed SBI call centre (also sent E Mail)that it is a fraud on my card &the payment should be stopped .SBI did not do so but paid the amount& charged the same to my card. I had correspondence with SBI officers at various levels for the last 6 months. During this period, they charged interest &finance charges on the fraud amount. They took the stand that if anyone furnishes the correct card no, CvV&password, the transaction would be honoured and that the card holder bears the liability.
                SBI did not even send e mail to the DENGI.MAIL site. It may be clear that SBI does not give any protection to the cardholder against fraud.
                This can happen to any cardholder & any number of times.
                Finally I had to pay the amount & interest on it also.

                State Bank of India Credit Card — FRAUD

                I am working in one of the Tata companies and that's how I received my Tata SBI credit card a few years ago. Today I writing in because I am an employee at 'a' particular company but only to tell you my story in brief and my experience with the SBI credit card.

                The trust and faith I put in the name - TATA and State Bank of India is immense. There couldn't have been a more perfect combination to establish trust and credibility. However, this morning Feb 22, 2010 was an absolute shock and horrifying episode for me. I got a call from[protected] saying the below-

                "Hi Ma'am, we are calling from the Income Tax Department - verification unit and we would like to verify your contact details". I was caught in the middle of something at my workplace and I politely asked what was this regarding to which the guy at the other end said " we are calling from the Income Tax Department, your address details are getting 'kharab' which means spoilt and hence we need to update it. I wasn't quite sure about what was happening but on insisting thought the financial year is coming to an end and maybe Income Tax Department - Government of India needs these details. I updated my address with this guy on the phone and gave the guy my current address, when he asked for a phone number, an alternate number I was going to give my mother's but then decided to give my office number.

                For some strange reason I felt that there was something amiss as I am an individual who has been dealing and handling my IT stuff through my office (which of course is reputed and managed with expertise). I decided to ask the guy some details saying where are you calling from in Income Tax etc etc. to which he started floundering and hung up. I called the guy back as I had his number on my mobile. When I asked which office is this and the guy who received the phone asked - Is this Ms XXX

                Moreover, this particular number was called back on by a colleague of mine and when the person received the call on asking why he said he was from the Icome Tax Department, he said " madam humne jooth bola, main apko bata rahan huin, ye hamara kaam hain". Now, you can get all the call logs between me and this number. There were a total of 2 calls I made this morning and they called me 3 times.

                I knew immediately that this was a case of fraud. These guys were calling on behalf of SBI and saying they are calling from Income Tax Department. This is the highest amount of breach of personal details/private information.

                Last month when I wanted to write a cheque for almost 20,000 to pay SBI, instead of writing January (01), I wrote February (02). I didn't know this till I started getting calls from SBI. When I explained that I had put in the cheque and gave them details, they were relieved at every call but never stopped calling me. I decided to call the SBI call centre myself and questioned why they are calling me to which they said - No payment is received BUT at the same time acknowledged that they have a cheque dated Feb. for Rs 19,586. Now they know that as - as of today the payment has gone through and SBI received the payment. I got a mobile SMS confirming that.

                Even if I ignore the number of calls I got harassing me for the payment, my biggest problem is the call which was made today. Government of India call - Income Tax Department calling me for some verification!!!!!! This is unacceptable and should be dealt with absolute severity!!!!!!! It's a 'FRAUD' of the first order and there is no denying that. It has completely shattered the faith I had in this collaboration.

                I have called up the call centre and spoken to some Prashant and Kaustabh Banerjee (Manager) who confirmed that the call was made from one of the floors in Gurgaon and he is looking into it and that it will be taken seriously..basically all the things you say to your customer when they are annoyed at the other end. While I was in chat with the SBI call centre, another call came from[protected]I picked it up as Prashant the SBI associate asked me to) and the person who spoke at the other end sounded like a Haryanvi criminal. I am using these words not out of bias but any associate who loses his/her tone of politeness is not fit to be doing that job (especially when I was just struggling to find out who they were). Just to let you know this particular call was just made to ask me " Kya aap hamain batayangi kya hua" when I asked which company are you calling from he said " aapko batana hain ki nahi". I said you should ask your employee to which he said "humne Abhiskek is baath kari, he said he called from Income Tax Department'. I asked him to hang up and he just banged the phone.

                I feel at loss. I have given my private information to a company that has no control over its processes. I feel it was a total Quality Control breach too. I would have never chosen to write to you and waited for the process to resolve on its own if its wasn't such a big matter. I am a customer who has always cleared credit card payments to the full (sometimes there might be a delay but it's always done). All this is still besides the point I am making in this email. I will try and do whatever it takes to pursue this matter. Probably write to the Income Tax of India telling them how their name is used. In no way I am trying to threaten anyone, this is just a customer who feels hopeless and at loss - post private information being breached by conducting 'fraud'. All this to verify address by SBI?????!!!!!

                NO CALLS TILL NOW AFTER THE BIG CLAIMS!!

                  today i went to submit cash to the account.i was giving all respect to the bank rules.but the bank worker shouted on me.he made me cry n weep.when i protested then he threatened to stoping the work.
                  i am suffering from kidney stone problem and cant stand for long hours.but the bank has no place even for sit.there is no drinking water as well.the cash sumitting counter is at second floor.there is no cleanness too.
                  i have wrriten a complaint letter and gave to the manager.he believed me to forward the complaint ahead.but he did not give me any recieving. the bank officer tourcherd me a lot.and he does mis behaved to the other customers also.he often said'jo karna hai kar lo.mera kuchh bhi nahi hoga.'
                  now tel me will i get my respect again?
                  how could i come from the depression and insult feeling.
                  please take an action and give me the justice.and teach a good lesson to the bank officer.

                  i withdrawn 15000 rs. from atm and i got one wrong note imedieatly regarding this i complained to BM of that branch but he misbehave with me and threatened me to give me in police and said go right now here other wise u would be in trouble and gard put me out by forcely wiought any reason and said whatever you want you can do i'll not change your 500rs note at any cost and just get out from here. Please take it very seriously this matter because due to this is i m highly dejected to beheviour of them, i m waiting for your justice thank's

                    loan amount Rs.19,64,000 (Nineteen Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand) towards SBI Life Insurance Coverage.

                    Sorry to inform you that even after fifteen months from the date of sanction loan till date I have not received SBI Life Policy or
                    at least any information form RACPC, Bull Temple Road Office.

                    On personal inquiry with SBI LIFE, I came to know that proposal for SBI LIFE has been declined by SBI LIFE on medical grounds.
                    Hope same information should be available at RACPC.

                    I would like to know the present status of Rs.1,25,000/ - deducted towards SBI LIFE immediately through
                    e-statement. Hope EMI has been formulated inclusive of SBI LIFE PREMIUM with INTEREST. Consideration of Interest for
                    non-utilized portion of Housing Loan is injustice and not acceptable.

                      I purchased one camera canon sx 150 vide order no 358246 from WWW.sbicardmegamall.com. I received my camera on 23.04.2012. But as offer shown on website i had not received my freebies such as "1. screen guard 2. table tripod and 3. 4gb
                      sandisk pendrive. I have purchased this camera through website only due to this offer but when i
                      received my order i shocked that these freebies are not in my packet.I tried to contect the Sbi Card Megamall over phone but no one is picking it. I also mailed to [protected]@sbicardmegamall.com on 24.08.2012 but still i have not received any answer.

In view of the above, facts and circumstances, May I kindly request your good self to give order to refund an amount Rs 1700/- with Interest, which have been taken twice wrongly by the said Branch.                           I send a money to my friend through Internet Banking using NEFT
                          service. But while sending i missed one number of my friend account
                          and also money has been debited by showing transaction successful.Till
                          now that money didnt reach my friend account and didnt came back to my

                                This is to inform you that I have lost my ATM card on 14/07/2012 and without more ado submitted the required documents to my branch at SBI, Mukundapur(Complain No-[protected]), but it is very untoward that not yet received the card.

                                When ever contacted the branch they are very IMPOLITE in behavior and given the docket details of Post office and ask us to go to Post office to collect the same.

                                Again when contacted post office they are saying it has not yet received.

                                Now my question is why I should have to follow up with Post office which is another non functioning area, who hardly vexation about customer service.

                                Please understand it is one month old and no clear picture is shown to me. I need your urgent attention to resolve my problem.

                                  I had loged a dispute on my credit card with SBI Cards India on 30th of December 2011 but instead of resolving it they are stick to a single guideline of RBI which states the liability of payment will be mine but I have produced various facts that my case is the combination of various other guidelines according to them I am not suppose to pay agains any fraud transactions but they are not ready to respond on these facts.

                                  I request you to please pitch into the matter and save me from the harassment by SBI people.

                                    In the last statement generated on 17-18 AUG 2012. they have charged me late payment fees of INR 700 with service tax.

                                    However I regularly pay my outstanding then too If I get late sometime they immediately charge late payment fees without considering me as a old and regular customer.

                                    It is my humble request to you to instruct SBI credit card to reverse recently charged LATE PAYMENT FEES.

                                    i am using SBI IRCTC credit card for the past few months.i couldn't get last month statement till date..but i pay the amount.why should i pay the interest and late fees for your mistake.

                                    Last month my credit card was showing a minimum amount due as Rs 4583.33 and total amount due as 4543.28, i made payment for Rs 4550 which was above total amount due inspite that sbi credit card has charged me a fee of Rs 450 as late payment when i have made my payment in time. Now they are not reverting back any charges and asking me to pay the full amount with fine. But since i have made my payment in time there is no chance for late fee and the extra fee they are charging is totally rubbish, in these type of cases they must be peanlised for harrasment of individual and appropriate action must be taken against them.

                                        state bank of india nandancode in thiruvanathapuram for agricultural loan(keeping gold as security) but their problem was MY account of STATE BANK OF INDIA is in ERNAKULAM.so if i should get a loan i should transfer my account from ERNAKULAM to THIRUVANATHAPURAM.Otherwise they can't grant my loan.BUT when i asked about this in Broadway branch they told you will get loan from any of these branches.SO SAME BANK AT DIFFERENT PLACES ARE WORKING WITH DIFFERENT RULES THIS IS REALLY SHAME FUL TO SAY ONE OF THE BIGGEST BANK IN INDIA HAVE THIS WAY OF TREATMENT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS.THAT BANK MANAGER WAS SAYING HE WILL GRANT LOANS ONLY TO THOSE WHO ARE STAYING IN TRIVANDRUM AND HAVE A ACCOUNT IN THEIR BANK. so why shoul we have a name STATE BANK OF INDIA..I WOULD ADVICE CHANGE IT TO STATE BANK OF NANDHANCODE,STATE BANK OF PATTOM...GOLD LOAN OFFICERS AND MANAGERS OF THESE TWO BANK ..PLEASE DO CHANGE YOUR BANK WITH THESE NAMES
