[Resolved] SBI - Credit Card — CANCELLATION OF CREDIT CARD
In sipite of doing all the things I am still getting the Statement. it is horrible. I am planning ot go to Grahak Suraksha
I am feb up with this service
Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Cancellation of my credit card On discussion with your officer I came to now that to cancel my credit card eventhough I have never used this card, I have to pay Rs. 496.64. So please be informed that as I am staying in Ahmedabad - Maninagar, I am droping a cheque No: 808913 for Rs. 497.00 in favour of SBI Card Account No.[protected] dated: 18.06.2008. in SBI - Maninagar Branch, Ahmedabad. Hope my card will be cancelled on priority. Subject: A very much dis-satisfied Customer of yours
I am really very much dis-satisfied with the communication with sbi. For your kind information from the very first day of receiveing the credit card it was communicated vide phone to your reresentative taht I was not interested in mediclaim or other services provided by SBI. I am not getting rid of SBI statement. I had nevere used this card nor am having this card physically with me and am not also able to asccess theses repeated statment form SBI. I clearly declared that as I have nevere used the services of SBI, I am not going to pay a single penny to this account. If you want to contact me regarding this matter, kindly contact me on [protected] within a day or two.
