I wish to bring your kind notice that my last payment of Rs.6116 was paid through cheque No. 016915/6.11.07 of SBI, Madurai Agrl. College branch, Madurai. My card was expired on Nov,2007 itself. My last purchase was made on 25.10.07. No purchase was made afterwards. However, I have received the acccount statement on 13.02.2008 for Rs. 839.2. which is not actually incurred on any purchase that too after a lapse of two months. As such I don't have a card after November 2007, how this statement has raised?. This sort o[censored]nrelated and unwarranted statement leads to mental agony and which affects my routine official personal activities. If it repeats I may be forced to go for consumer court. I have not received monthly statement of SBI credit card for the last seven months. I have already noted my E-mail address at a later stage. Despite this I have not received it on E-mail

I have not received my monthly statements for the past 9 monthhs.
Also I could not able to contact your Customer Care Office through Phonr no. 39020202 though I have tried many times.

I have also requested you many times to send me the Gift articles for my reward points, but there is no reply from your side.

In these Circumstances I feel that it may not be a advantageous to me to use your Credit Card.

The amount sent was in excess of the outstanding . I have neither the Card to use as its since EXPIRED. Still I am getting statements of pending dues and have even paid a further amount of Rs. 907.72, by cheque no. 634897 credited on. 09.09.2008. Will you please ensure that the charges debited to me in excess are refunded back to me.

I am receiving monthly statement through E mail. But for the month of March 2009 I have not received any mail. In the April 2009 statement am amount of Rs.539.06 has been charged as financial charges apart from the late fee payment ofRs.100/-. On taking up the matter with the helpline it is informed that the statement sent to me for the month of March 2009 was bounced back. I have made payment of the full amount of Rs.19174/- on 19/4/2009 and requested them to recredit the charges debited to my account.
But on verfication of May 2009 statement it is learnt that late fee payment of Rs.100/- has been reversed, still financial charges are yet to be recredited to me. I request you to look into the matter and recredit the financial charges of Rs.539.06 debited in the statement for April 2009.

Please note that on the subject card, i had cleared all the outstanding in the last year & afterthat-i had not done any transaction on this card & did not wish to use this card. However after three to four months-i recieved a statement from your bank saying that i have to pay some 900 RS AS RENEWAL CHARGES. Since i did not wish to use the card & also i did not get the new card- i did not pay & also intimated the same on your the mail id given in your card statement, But i kept on getting the statements without answering my querry & also given my name on CIBIL-LIST OF DEFAULTERS.
