[Resolved] SBI Life Insurance — Non Receipt of E ticket | |
Hello, Today (04/12/2009) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 1512/-Tapaswini Exp from Bhubaneswar City Jn to Rourkela. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI Debit Card payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated. This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount. my name s...yesterday i came in a train circar7644.(kkd - chennai egmore) i missed train in rjy and after 4 stations i catched train but the Ticket collector(T.C) gave my birth to another person..
ok and next i asked him to give any birth to sleep he replied no seat r available..i said i will give money he said no...After a few min he s selling tickets to general ticket holders for high amount...total night i spent without sleeping today exam for me PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON 2 T.C's

Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.
This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.
